7. Inovasi Pengembangan Manajemen Strategi Penilaian Risiko Proyek Organik Pengembangan melalui penyusunan metode Project Risk Rating Subholding Upstream Economic & Reserve Rating (SERR) untuk memitigasi On Return Project dengan memprediksi NPV Proyek pada Fase Eksekusi yang tertuang pada Revisi Tata Kerja Individu Peninjauan/Reviu Kajian Risiko Usulan Investasi Business Development (BD) Organik dan Non-Business Development (Non-BD) No. C12-001/PHE63000/2024-S9 tanggal 1 November 2024 dan telah dilakukan sosialisasi kepada Dewan Direksi serta fungsi terkait di lingkungan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.Sebagai upaya mewujudkan keberlanjutan perusahaan, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi melalui Direktorat Risk Management juga melakukan pengelolaan di lingkup Project Risk Management dengan 2 (dua) major activitiesyaitu Pengelolaan Project Risk dan Pengelolaan Portfolio serta Contractual & Counterparty Risk dan Emerging Risk dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut:1. Pengelolaan Project RiskPT Pertamina Hulu Energi selain melakukan pengelolaan terhadap on-going business risk juga melakukan pengelolaan terhadap project risk. Hal tersebut dilakukan sesuai proses bisnis mulai dari tahapan usulan investasi sampai dengan melakukan monitoring atas project tahap eksekusi.Kegiatan pengelolaan project risk melalui evaluasi kajian risiko atas usulan investasi Organik, Anorganik & Divestasi termasuk didalamnya upaya-upaya pengelolaan asset integrity sehingga tidak terdapat unidentified risk terkait investasi usulan proyek yang bertujuan agar investasi berjalan sesuai program karena seluruh risiko telah disiapkan mitigasinya.Selama periode tahun 2024, Project Risk Management telah mengikuti Forum Gate Review yang dilaksanakan masing masing Koordinator Investasi PT Pertamina Hulu Energi dengan kajian risiko proyek yang telah diselesaikan sejumlah 79 kajian risiko Investasi Organik dan 9 kajian risiko investasi Anorganik & Divestasi.Selain memberikan reviu aspek risiko dari usulan investasi proyek, mengacu pada penetapan proyek prioritas Holding dan Subholding Upstream, pada tahun 2024 Project Risk Management telah melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi secara rutin terhadap 10 (sepuluh) proyek prioritas holding dan 40 (empat puluh) proyek prioritas Subholding Upstream.Pengawasan dan evaluasi bertahap sesuai milestonepelaksanaan proyek dimaksudkan untuk implementasi kajian risiko, mitigasi yang disiapkan dan realisasi pengelolaan risiko proyek yang dilaksanakan sehingga 7. Innovation in Development of Organic Project Risk Assessment Strategy Management Development through the preparation of the Project Risk Rating Subholding Upstream Economic & Reserve Rating (SERR) method to mitigate On Return Project by predicting the Project NPV in the Execution Phase as stated in the Revision of Individual Work Procedures for Reviewing Risk Assessment of Organic Business Development (BD) and Non-Business Development (Non-BD) Investment Proposals No. C12-001/PHE63000/2024-S9 dated November 1, 2024 and has been socialized to the Board of Directors and related functions within PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.As an effort to realize the sustainability of the company, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi through the Directorate of Risk Management also performs management in the scope of Project Risk Management with 2 (two) major activities, namely Project Risk Management and Portfolio Management as well as Contractual & Counterparty Risk and Emerging Risk with the following explanation:1. Project Risk ManagementProject Risk Management of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi in addition to managing on-going business risks also manages project risks. This is done according to the business process starting from the investment proposal stage to monitoring the project execution stage.Project risk management activities through risk studies evaluations of proposed investments of Organic, Inorganic & Divestment include efforts to manage asset integrity so that there are no unidentified risks related to proposed project investments, which aim to ensure that investments run according to the program because the mitigation of all risks has been prepared.During the period of 2024, Project Risk Management has participated in the Gate Review Forum performed by each Investment Coordinator of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi with project risk studies that have been completed consisting of 79 Organic Investment risk studies and 9 Inorganic investment & Divestment risk studies.In addition to providing a review of the risk aspects of the proposed project investment, referring to the determination of priority projects for the Holding and the Subholding Upstream, in 2024 the Project Risk Management has performed routine supervision and evaluation of 10 (ten) priority projects of the holding and 40 (forty) priority projects of the Subholding Upstream.Gradual supervision and evaluation according to project implementation milestones are intended for the implementation of risk assessments, prepared mitigation, and realization of project risk management implemented HULU ENERGILaporan Keberlanjutan %u2022 Sustainability Report 126
