Evaluasi ini dilaksanakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi berhasil mencapai Key Performance Indicators (KPI) yang telah ditetapkan, mengimplementasikan program dan inisiatif yang mendukung pencapaian visi, misi, strategi, serta nilai-nilai perusahaan sebagaimana tertuang dalam rencana bisnis. Evaluasi kinerja menjadi landasan penting dalam menjaga akuntabilitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memastikan keberlanjutan perusahaan dalam menghadapi dinamika industri energi.Evaluasi terhadap kinerja Dewan Komisaris dilakukan secara berkala setiap kuartal, dengan evaluasi tambahan di akhir tahun. Selain itu, setiap bulan Pemegang Saham melakukan penilaian kinerja Dewan Komisaris melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS). Penilaian ini juga menjadi bagian dari kerangka Excellent Quality Management Assessment PERTAMINA, yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kualitas tata kelola dan kinerja strategis perusahaan. Metode evaluasi kinerja Dewan Komisaris dapat mencakup self-assessment (penilaian mandiri) di mana setiap anggota Dewan Komisaris menilai kinerja mereka sendiri, peer evaluation yang merupakan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh sesama anggota Dewan Komisaris dan metode lain yang ditentukan dalam rapat Dewan Komisaris, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kesepakatan kolektif.PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS[GRI 2-18]PHE conducts performance evaluation of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors by referring to Decision of Secretary of Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-16/S.MBU/2012 concerning Indicators and Parameters for Assessment and Evaluation of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises. This evaluation is conducted to measure the extent to which the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have succeeded in achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that have been set, implementing programs and initiatives that support the achievement of the company's vision, missions, strategies, and values as stated in the business plan. Performance evaluation is an important foundation in maintaining accountability, increasing efficiency, and ensuring the company's sustainability in facing the dynamics of the energy industry.Evaluation of the performance of the Board of Commissioners is conducted regularly every quarter, with an additional evaluation at the end of each year. In addition, every month the Shareholders assess the performance of the Board of Commissioners through a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). This assessment is also a part of PERTAMINA's Excellent Quality Management Assessment framework, which aims to maintain the quality of governance and strategic performance of the company.
