Pada Tahun 2023 telah dilaksanakan Penilaian Kualifikasi CSMS terhadap 838 penyedia barang/jasa dengan 59% penyedia barang/jasa yang lulus kualifikasi CSMS. Tingkat kelulusan kualifikasi CSMS penyedia barang/jasa meningkat 10% dari Tahun 2022. Dukungan lain pada antikorupsi dengan telah diterapkannya ketentuan dalam ISO 37001:2016 SMAP pada semua kegiatan Supply Chain Management (SCM). Bahkan untuk Tahun 2023 lingkup sertifikasi menjadi meningkat tidak hanya fungsi SCM saja, melainkan di seluruh proses bisnis/fungsi PHE Subholding Upstream.PHE Subholding Upstream melakukan beberapa upaya mitigasi, di antaranya:%u2022 Menerapan Due Diligence SMAP dalam proses pengadaan, seperti pengisian pakta integritas agar menanamkan sikap antikorupsi. Pakta integritas dapat diisikan oleh mitra kerja melalui sistem yang disediakan oleh SCM;%u2022 Sosialisasi SMAP kepada Mitra Kerja dilakukan secara berkala melalui kegiatan penyampaian dalam pre-bid meeting, Vendor Day;%u2022 Kegiatan Vendor Day dilaksanakan setiap tahun, pada tahun 2023 dihadiri oleh 1.137 peserta, 477 perusahaan;%u2022 Mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan/coaching clinic yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun kepada Mitra Kerja. Pada tahun 2023 kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka meliputi:1. Pelatihan proses verifikasi TKDN1. Pelatihan proses Kualifikasi CSMS melalui sistem CSMS Online3. Pelatihan proses Registrasi melalui sistem CIVD4. Pelatihan proses pengadaan melalui aplikasi GEP Smart5. Penjelasan proses AML (Approved Manufacture List).Perjanjian Perundingan Kolektif [GRI 2-30]Hingga akhir periode pelaporan, tidak ada hal-hal yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai bentuk pelanggaran kebebasan berserikat bagi pekerja PHE Subholding Upstream. Perusahaan memberikan kebebasan pada pekerja untuk mendirikan serikat pekerja, dan kebebasan memilih keanggotaan pada serikat pekerja. Saat ini ada 16 serikat pekerja di lingkungan PHE Subholding Upstream. Melalui perwakilan di serikat pekerja, pekerja menyusun dan menyepakati Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) dengan Manajemen. Segala bentuk pengaduan terkait serikat pekerja dapat disampaikan melalui situs web whistleblowing system akan ditindaklanjuti oleh Perusahaan.In 2023, a CSMS Qualification Assessment was carried out on 838 goods/services providers with 59% of goods/services providers passing CSMS qualifications. The pass rate of CSMS qualifications for goods/services providers increased by 10% compared to 2022. Further support for anti-corruption has been demonstrated through the implementation of provisions within ISO 37001:2016 SMAP across all Supply Chain Management activities. Moreover, in 2023, the certification scope has expanded not only to SCM functions but also across all business processes/functions of PHE Subholding Upstream.PHE Subholding Upstream has made several mitigation efforts, including the following: %u2022 The application of Due Diligence SMAP in the procurement process, such as filling out integrity pacts in order to instill an anti-corruption attitude. Integrity pacts can be filled in by partners through the system provided by SCM;%u2022 Dissemination of SMAP to Partners is carried out periodically through conveyance activities in the pre-bid meeting, Vendor Day;%u2022 Vendor Day activities are held every year, in 2023 it was attended by 1,137 participants and, 477 companies;%u2022 Holding training / coaching clinic activities that are carried out every year to Partners. In 2023, face-to-face training activities include:1. TKDN verification process training2. Training of CSMS Qualification process through CSMS Online system3. Training on the Registration process through the CIVD system4. Procurement process training through GEP Smart application5. AML (Approved Manufacturer List) process explained.Collective Bargaining Agreement [GRI 2-30]Up to the end of the reporting period, there were no matters that could be categorized as violations of freedom of association for PHE Subholding Upstream employees. The Company has provided its employees the freedom to establish labor union, and the freedom to choose membership in labor union. There are currently 16 labor unions in PHE Subholding Upstream. Through representation in labor union, employees draft and agree on Collective Labor Agreements with the Management.
