Manajemen telah mengupayakan seluruh kelengkapan organ, khususnya pada organ yang mendukung Direksi, yaitu Sekretaris Perusahaan dan Audit Internal, yang berperan aktif dalam menjalankan fungsi kepatuhan, keterbukaan, dan pengendalian internal di lingkup Perusahaan.Pemenuhan aspirasi pemegang saham juga menjadi hal penting dalam pengelolaan GCG yang sesuai dengan praktik terbaik. Hal ini diwujudkan oleh manajemen melalui tindak lanjut atas hasil keputusan pemegang saham yang tertuang dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS). Tak hanya itu, pemantauan penerapan GCG dengan praktik terbaik juga dilakukan melalui penilaian penerapan GCG. The GCG structure of the Company has been developed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Likewise, the GCG process or mechanism as a rule of play that provides a clear definition of the duties, roles and functions of each organ in the GCG structure. The management has endeavored to complete all organs, especially in organs that support the Board of Directors, namely the Corporate Secretary and the Internal Audit, which play an active role in performing the functions of compliance, transparency and internal control within the Company.Fulfillment of shareholder aspirations is also an important thing in GCG management that is in accordance with best practices. This is realized by the management through followup on the resolutions of shareholders stated in the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
