Pencapaian Target Tahun 2024Jika dibandingkan dengan target yang telah ditetapkan dalam RKAP tahun 2024, realisasi operasi baik eksplorasi dan pengembangan membukukan pencapaian yang baik. PHE mencatat kendala terkait pencapaian target atas pengeboran eksplorasi yang disebabkan oleh adanya keterlambatan pengeboran akibat isu perizinan dan pembebasan lahan. Demikian pula survei seismik 2D tidak sesuai dengan target karena adanya isu eksternal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya mencari cadangan minyak dan gas dalam rangka eksplorasi.Realisasi kinerja produksi minyak dan gas (konsolidasi) pada tahun 2024 tercatat masih belum mencapai target, di mana hal ini terutama disebabkan force majeure berupa kejadian banjir di wilayah Sumatera yang menyebabkan gap run rate produksi di awal tahun, dan isu geopolitik yang menyebabkan beberapa proyek PHE mengalami kendala. Akan tetapi, kontribusi positif didapatkan dari produksi aset Algeria Region 5 (proyek Gazzetal), penambahan Participating Interest (PI) dari wilayah kerja PHE Corridor, serta penambahan Produksi wilayah kerja PEPC BUKK di Region 4.Kinerja lifting to production ratio minyak mencapai 99,97% di mana telah dilakukan optimalisasi dan koordinasi intensif dengan SKK Migas, Subholding Refinery & Petrochemical, Subholding Commercial & Trading, dan operator WK dan terminal. Pencapaian lifting gas tahun 2024 lebih tinggi dari target tahun 2024 disebabkan adanya kenaikan produksi gas dan serapan gas yang optimal dari konsumen gas eksisting. Selain itu dilakukan juga optimasi gas salesdengan menawarkan pengambilan gas pada volume Jumlah Penyerahan Maksimum Harian (JPMH) sesuai dengan Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas yang disepakati.Kendala, Tantangan, dan SolusinyaPada tahun 2024 terdapat beberapa isu eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja PHE secara konsolidasian, yaitu force majeure berupa kejadian banjir di wilayah Sumatera yang menyebabkan gap run rate produksi di awal tahun, dan isu geopolitik yang menyebabkan beberapa proyek PHE mengalami kendala.Beberapa usaha yang dilakukan PHE untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut sebagai berikut:%u2022 Mempercepat produksi dari struktur temuan melalui Sumur Eksplorasi POP%u2022 Inisiasi dan implementasi teknologi baru yang sukses (NCNP, Multistage Fracturing, Simple Surfactant Flood, CO2 Interwell Injection)%u2022 Eksplorasi play baru yang sukses dan program near-field/inter-field%u2022 Mengelola lapangan marginal%u2022 Perlindungan nilai melalui insentif fiskal, pemantauan AUC, dan tim tugas Impairment%u2022 Memelihara hubungan baik dengan pemangku kepentingan dan mempromosikan pemanfaatan konten lokalAchievement of 2024 TargetsWhen compared to the targets set in RKAP 2024, the realization of operations for both exploration and development recorded good achievements. PHE noted obstacles related to achieving targets for exploration drilling caused by drilling delays due to licensing and land acquisition issues. Likewise, the 2D seismic survey did not meet the target due to external issues. This activity was performed as an effort to find oil and gas reserves for exploration purposes.The realization of oil and gas production performance (consolidation) in 2024 was recorded as not reaching the target, where this was mainly due to force majeure in the form of floods in Sumatra region which caused a production run rate gap at the beginning of the year, and geopolitical issues that caused several projects of PHE to experience obstacles. However, positive contributions were obtained from the production of assets of Algeria Region 5 (Gazzetal project), the addition of Participating Interest (PI) from the working area of PHE Corridor, and the increase of production of the working area of PEPC BUKK in Region 4.The performance of oil lifting to production ratio reached 99.97% where intensive optimization and coordination have been performed with SKK Migas, Subholding Refinery & Petrochemical, Subholding Commercial & Trading, and WK and terminal operators. The achievement of gas lifting in 2024 is higher than the target of 2024 due to an increase in gas production and optimal gas absorption from existing gas consumers.
