Hasil Penilaian Penerapan GCG Tahun Buku 2023 dan Tindak Lanjutnya Hingga Akhir Tahun 2024Pelaksanaan asesmen GCG Tahun Buku 2023 menggunakan self assessment. Metode penilaian dan evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan mereviu Rekomendasi Area of Improvement (AOI) dari asesmen GCG tahun sebelumnya. Dikarenakan telah terbitnya Peraturan Menteri BUMN RI No. PER-2/MBU/2023 tanggal 24 Maret 2023 tentang Pedoman Tata Kelola dan Kegiatan Korporasi Signifikan Badan Usaha Milik Negara, yang mencabut Peraturan Menteri BUMN RI No Per-1/MBU/2011 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan perubahannya No. PER-09/MBU/2012 tanggal 6 Juli 2012, serta Surat Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN RI No. SK-12/S.MBU/08/2023 tentang Pencabutan Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN RI No. SK-16/S.MBU/2012 tentang Indikator/Parameter Penilaian dan Evaluasi atas Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (GCG) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara, maka acuan yang biasa digunakan sebagai panduan indikator GCG sudah tidak berlaku.
