Karyawan direct hire merupakan seluruh karyawan permanen yang direkrut secara langsung oleh Grup. Karyawan secondee Pertamina terdiri dari karyawan permanen yang ditempatkan/ diperbantukan di Perusahaan oleh Pertamina. The Group%u2019s long-term employee benefits are provided to direct hire employee and secondee Pertamina. Direct hire employee consists of all permanent employees who are directly hired by the Group. Secondee Pertamina employee consists of permanent employees who are placed/ seconded at the Group by Pertamina.Seluruh imbalan selain imbalan PAP tidak didanai (tidak ada dana atau uang yang secara khusus disisihkan ke dana pensiun atau institusi keuangan tertentu untuk membiayai imbalanimbalan tersebut).All benefits outside of the PAP benefit are unfunded(no cash money set aside to a pension fund or financial institution in order to fund the befits cost).
