%u2022 Production and ProjectFungsi Production and Project di bawah koordinasi DepartemenProject Management SHU didukung oleh Departemen Projects (lingkup Investasi ABI BD) dan Departemen Operations and Surface Facilities (lingkup Investasi ABI NBD) Regional 1 %u2013 5 dan Zona 1 - 17 melakukan aktivitas monitoring dan evaluasi proyek sepanjang tahun 2023 untuk sebanyak 261 RK proyek Investasi BD (total anggaran USD2,818 milyar) dan 1083 RK proyek Investasi NBD (total anggaran USD952 juta). Pengelolaan proyek pengembangan dijalankan Fungsi Production and Project (P&P) dan dijalankan dengan pendekatan target On Time, On Budget, On Scope (OTOBOS).
