%u2022 Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation (SDRE)Fungsi SDRE memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab dalampencapaian target, keandalan, serta keberlanjutanpengembangan subsurface, Enhanced/Improved Oil Recovery (E/IOR), serta pengelolaan cadangan maupun sumber dayayang tertuang dalam kegiatan sebagai berikut:%u2022 Eksekusi Sumur Development (Eksploitasi)Subholding Upstream menyelesaikan pengeboranpengembangan sejumlah 799 sumur dari target 943sumur tahun 2023. Dengan jumlah tersebut pencapaianpengeboran pengembangan mencapai 85% terhadap RKAP 2023. Hal ini terutama disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala,antara lain rig reability dan rig inspection, pembebasanlahan dan IPPKH serta kendala akses jalan.Untuk kegiatan workover di tahun 2023, menyelesaikan 837 sumur workover dari target 638 sumur. Dengan jumlah tersebut pencapaian workover mencapai 122% terhadap RKAP 2023. Pencapaian workover merupakan bagian dari program untuk menambah produksi minyak dan gas dari WK Rokan, Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga dan Pertamina EP. %u2022 Review/Challange Session Usulan Pengeboran Pengembangan Aspek Teknis SubsurfaceDi sepanjang tahun 2023, realisasi Review/Challange Session Usulan Pengeboran Pengembangan Aspek Teknis Subsurface sumur development (eksploitasi) yang berhasil dilakukan sebanyak 1.106 sumur development(berupa update Review/Challenge Session untuk RK 2023 sebanyak 61 sumur, RK 2024 sebanyak 827 sumur dan RK 2025 sebanyak 128 sumur).%u2022 Review Sumur-sumur Post DrillPada tahun 2023, realisasi diskusi dan pencatatan parameter subsurface sumur-sumur yang telah completed (Post Drill) yang dilakukan secara triwulan untuk mendapatkanlesson learn demi mengurangi risiko pengeboran yang akan dihadapi, sebanyak 662 sumur.%u2022 Pengembangan Aplikasi Integrasi Data SubsurfaceTahun 2022 Pertapas mengkonsolidasikan dan melengkapi koneksi antar-parameter dan data antar-fungsi SHU. With this number, the achievement of developmentdrilling reached 85% of the 2023 RKAP. This is mainly dueto several constrain, such as rig reability and rig inspection,land clearence, IPPKH and road access constrain.For workover activities in 2023, 837 workover wells were completed out of the 638 well target. With this number, the workover achievement reached 122% of the 2023 RKAP.
