%u2022 Development and Production Technical Excellence and Coordination (DTEC)Fungsi Development and Production Technical Excellence and Coordination (DTEC) memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab yaitu:1. Pengelolaan investasi organik pengembangan dan AP Services (Business Development maupun Non Business Development) Tahap Perencanaan (Pra Proyek) hingga mendapatkan persetujuan Final Investment Decision (FID).2. Membuat program pengembangan kompetensi Direktorat Pengembangan dan Produksi diantaranya pelatihan teknis, coaching dan mentoring serta on job training.3. Pengelolaan standar teknis Perusahaan. 4. Mengkoordinasikan aktifitas yang melibatkan keterlibatan lintas fungsi Direktorat Pengembangan dan Produksi diantaranya program RKAP, Long term Planning dan RJPP.5. Pengelolaan kinerja Direktorat Pengembangan dan Produksi. Fungsi DTEC, di bawah pimpinan VP D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination terdiri dari tujuh sub fungsi yakni Development Geology TEC, Development Geophysics TEC, Reservoir Engineer TEC, Drilling & Well TEC, Production & Operation TEC, Project Engineering & Management TEC, serta D&P Planning & Evaluation.Proses pematangan dan persetujuan investasi organik pengembangan BD dan NBD mengikuti Pedoman Pengelolaan Upstream Development Way (PUDW) yang dimulai dengan Tahap Inisiasi dan Tahap Seleksi dengan melakukan pra-studi kelayakan (pre-feasibility study/pre-FS). Kemudian Tahap Kajian Lanjut dengan studi kelayakan (FS) yang pada akhir tahapan ditutup dengan Decision Gate 3 untuk mendapatkan persetujuan Final Investment Decision (FID) sesuai dengan otorisasi kewenangan yang berlaku diperusahaan. %u2022 Development and Production Technical Excellence and Coordination (DTEC)The Development and Production Technical Excellence and Coordination (DTEC) function has the following roles and responsibilities:1. Management of organic investment development and AP Services (Business Development and Non Business Development) Planning Stage (Pre-Project) up to obtaining Final Investment Decision (FID) approval.2. Creating competency development programs of the Directorate of Development and Production including technical training, coaching and mentoring as well as on the job training.3. Management of the Company%u2019s technical standards.4. Coordination of activities involving cross-functional involvement of the Directorate of Development and Production including RKAP, Long Term Planning and RJPP programs.5. Performance management of the Directorate of Development and Production. The D&P TEC function, under the leadership of VP D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination, consists of seven sub-functions, namely Development Geology TEC, Development Geophysics TEC, Reservoir Engineer TEC, Drilling & Well TEC, Production & Operation TEC, Project Engineering & Management TEC, and D&P Planning & Evaluation.The maturation and approval process of organic investment in BD and NBD development follows the Upstream Development Way (PUDW) Management Guidelines starting with the Initiation Stage and Selection Stage by conducting a pre-feasibility study (pre-FS). It is then followed by the Advanced Study Stage with a feasibility study (FS) which at the end of the stage is closed with Decision Gate 3 to obtain Final Investment Decision (FID) approval in accordance with the authorization of the relevant authority in the Company. 1. Setiap tahun, target pencapaian tajak sumur eksploitasi semakin banyak. Hal ini berarti ada semakin banyak sumur yang harus diatur secara serempak. Namun, kesiapan pengeboran bukan hanya mengenai aspek pengeboran saja, namun meliputi berbagai aspek lainnya yang tidak terpisahkan. Sehingga diharapkan bahwa WRM ini dapat menjadi solusi bersama dalam melihat potensi kendala dan juga kesiapan secara rutin dan terkontrol. 2. Aplikasi ini adalah sebuah aplikasi dimana setiap personil di zona melakukan input data kesiapan tajak sumur pengeboran eksploitasi. Berbagai fungsi di dalam zona seperti Drilling, Subsurface, Surface Facility, Supply-Chain, Land Matter & Formalities (LMF), dan HSSE dapat sealing berkolaborasi untuk memsatikan kesiapan lintas fungsi dalam menunjang pencapaian pengeboran tepat waktu. 1. Every year, the target of achieving exploitation well initiation has been increasing. This means that there is an increasing number of wells that must be managed simultaneously. However, drilling readiness is not only about drilling aspects; it also includes various other intricately linked aspects. Therefore, it is expected that this WRM can be a joint solution in viewing potential obstacles and also readiness in a routine and controlled manner.2. In this application every personnel in the zone inputs data on the readiness of exploitation drilling wells.
