Oil and Gas Production activities are the responsibility of the Directorate of Development & Production, led by the Director of Development & Production and assisted by Vice President Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation, Vice President Drilling & Well Intervention, Vice President Production & Project, Vice President D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination.Oil and Gas Production Operation Performance%u2022 Development Well Drilling ActivitiesDevelopment well drilling activities are exploitation activities for drilling new wells to meet oil (crude oil) and natural gas. The following is the performance of development well drilling activities.Realisasi kinerja pengeboran sumur pengembangan di tahun 2023 sebanyak 799 unit, bertambah 15,97% dibandingkan realisasi tahun lalu sebanyak 689 sumur. Hal ini disebabkan pengeboran sumur di tahun 2023 yang lebih agresif, khusus nya di Wilayah kerja Rokan dan Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. Peningkatan kinerja pengeboran sumur pengembangan tersebut juga didukung oleh inovasi dalam operasi pengeboran seperti optimasi arsitektur dan tipe komplesi sumur dan inovasi lainnya serta upaya aktif dalam kesiapan sumur pengeboran untuk memaksimalkan utilisasi rig yang ada.%u2022 Kegiatan Kerja Ulang Pindah Lapisan (KUPL)Kegiatan Kerja Ulang Pindah Lapisan (KUPL) adalah aktivitas remedial/pemulihan dalam skala besar (major) pada sumur minyak dan atau gas untuk meningkatkan atau mengaktifkan dan menjalankan kembali produksinya dan tidak dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam pekerjaan perawatan sumur (well service). Berikut disampaikan kinerja sumur KUPL.The realization of development well drilling performance in 2023 totalled 799 units, an increase of 15.97% compared to previous year%u2019s realization of 689 wells. This has been due to more aggressive well drilling in 2023, specifically in the Rokan and Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga Blocks. The improvement in drilling performance of development wells has also been supported by innovations in drilling operations such as optimization of well architecture and type of completion and other innovations as well as active endeavours in drilling well readiness to maximize utilization of existing rigs.%u2022 WorkoverLayer Move Rework Activities (KUPL) are remedial activities on a large scale in oil and or gas wells to increase or activate and re-run production and they cannot be classified into well maintenance work (well service).
