Harmonisasi Aspek SDM telah disepakatibersama antara Perusahaan dan Serikat Pekerjadilingkungan Subholding Upstream pada tahun2022, Harmonisasi yang disepakati berupa Norma& Sarat Kerja dan Pengupahan dimana seluruhnyasudah mendapatkan persetujuan dari PertaminaHolding dan SKK Migas.b. Improvement Organisasi pasca Organisasi SHU01 April 2021, dimana telah dilakukan review dan implementasi hasil review organisasi pada01 Agustus 2022 yang secara dampak terbesaryaitu menempatkan posisi SCM di Regional,Penyempurnaan Atribut Organisasi SubholdingUpstream PT PHE dan Pembentukan OrganisasiInvestor Relations PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.5.
