Talent Review Meeting (TRM) yang dilaksanakan oleh fungsi Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) sebanyak 158 pelaksanaan dengan mengikutsertakan Fungsi Pembina untuk memperoleh informasi yang valid dan objektif dan juga memanfaatkan aplikasi People Palm.b. Monitoring dan pemenuhan target terhadap persentase Pekerja Top Talent dengan kriteria Perempuan dan Millenial, PRL > 16 menjadi salah satu aktivitas yang dilakukan sebagai bentuk dukungan Subholding Upstream memenuhi aspirasi Kementerian BUMN, Pertamina Holding dan upaya peningkatan Value Upstream. Realisasi persentase Perempuan dan Millennial talent masing-masing 14.67% Female Talent (+12% dari target 13%) dan 34.36% Millennial Talent (+32% dari terget 26%).4. TALENT DEVELOPMENTProgram pengembangan Pekerja dengan menerapkan Blended Development Program 70% (Assignment, Special Project, OJT dan Rotation): 20% (Informal Learning, Feedback, Coaching & Mentoring dan Benchmarking): 10% (Formal Learning, Training & Self Study).a. Program yang diimplementasikan fungsi HC untuk megakomodir 70% dari Blended Development yaitu:%u00bb Program Dynamite, program berbasis project yang membuka kesempatan Pekerja untuk dapat memperoleh kompetensi baru diluar kompetensi pekerjaannya. Pada tahun 2022 terdapat 2 (dua) project yang telah selesai dilaksanakan yaitu Kebijakan Program Pengembangan Melalui Project Management 3. TALENT CLASSIFICATION & REVIEWSome of the activities that have been carried out include:a. Talent Review Meetings (TRM) conducted by The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will conduct up to 158 through utilizing the Supervisory Function to obtain valid and objective information and the People Palm application.b. Monitoring and achievement of targets for the percentage of Top Talent Workers with the criteria of Women and Millennials, PRL> 16, is one of the activities conducted as a form of support for Upstream Subholding to meet the aspirations of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Pertamina Holding, and efforts to increase Upstream Value. Female talent is realized at 14.67% (+12% of the goal of 13%), and Millennial talent is realized at 34.366% (+32% of the target of 26%).4.
