Pedoman Perilaku dan Etika Bisnis juga menjadi panduan berbagai pihak:%u00bb Pihak eksternal yang bertindak untuk dan atas nama PT Pertamina Hulu Energi;%u00bb Anak Perusahaan dan struktur perusahaan di bawahnya, yaitu badan hukum/usaha lain yang dikendalikan PHE, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung;%u00bb Mitra kerja, vendor, dan kontraktor.Komitmen untuk melaksanakan COC dinyatakan dalam Pernyataan Kepatuhan yang setiap tahun yang harus diperbaharui oleh pekerja maupun pimpinan PHE melalui compliance online system. Selain mengisi pernyataan kepatuhan, setiap pekerja PHE juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk:%u00bb Membaca, memahami, dan menerapkan COC;%u00bb Melaporkan setiap tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum dan ketentuan Perusahaan lain;%u00bb Internal broadcast of SMAP Guidelines, Gratification Control, and LHKPN Reporting Guidelines.%u00bb Distribution of print and ambient media publications in all office buildings concerning the implementation of SMAP and GCG in the Company.%u00bb Routine socialization and direct reminders to employees regarding filling in monthly gratuity reports through the Compliance Online System Application.COMPLIANCE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH THE CODE OF CONDUCTAll PHE personnel, including the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, de nite-contract employees, unspecified time employees, and supporting service employees, are required to comply with the Code of Conduct (COC) when performing their duties. The Code of Conduct is also a guide for the following parties:%u00bb External parties acting for an on behalf of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi;%u00bb Subsidiaries and corporate structures under them, namely legal entities/other businesses controlled directly or indirectly by PHE;%u00bb Partners, vendors, and contractors.The commitment to implement the COC is stated in the Compliance Statement, renewed annually by PHE employees and leaders via the compliance online system. In addition to completing a compliance statement, each PHE employee is responsible for the following:%u00bb Read, understand, and implement the COC;%u00bb Report any actions that are not in accordance with the laws and provisions of other companies;Code of ConductKode Etik
