The remaining inorganic investment projects are still ongoing evaluation, internal approval, and bidding negotiations.The following details relate to several acquisition projects and the Joint Studies in 2022:1. Sempati ProjectA post-2027 Senoro Toili Working Area extension project. The decision to extend the Senoro Toili Working Area after 2027 is stated in the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No.229.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 concerning Approval of Extension & Determination of Forms & Main Provisions (Terms & Conditions) PSC in the Senoro-Toili Working Area, with PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tomori Sulawesi having a PI of 50%. The payment of a Signature Bonus of USD 26.71 million on 1 April 2022 was followed by the signing of the Senoro Toili Working Area Production Sharing Contract Extension after 2027 by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources on 2 June 2022.2. The Tambourine ProjectA PI purchase project in ExxonMobil Iraq Limited in the West Qurna-1 field, currently owned by PT Pertamina Iraq Exploration Production (PIREP). Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2022, terdapat 1 proyek investasi yang selesai sampai pada tahap closing, yaitu Proyek Sempati; 1 proyek investasi yang telah dilakukan penandatanganan Asset Sales Agreementnya (ASA), yaitu Proyek Tambourine; 1 proyek investasi yang telah mendapatkan persetujuan perpanjangan salah satu lapangan, yaitu Proyek Saluang; serta 2 JS yang telah ditandatangani, yaitu Joint Study Melati (area offshore Manui Basin di wilayah Sulawesi) dan Joint Study Bunga (area offshore North East Java Basin). Adapun proyek investasi anorganik lainnya masih dalam tahap evaluasi, internal approval, dan bidding negotiation. Berikut informasi beberapa proyek akuisisi dan Joint Studypada tahun 2022:1. Proyek SempatiMerupakan proyek perpanjangan Wilayah Kerja Senoro Toili pasca tahun 2027. Keputusan perpanjangan Wilayah Kerja Senoro Toili pasca tahun 2027 dinyatakan pada Kepmen ESDM No.229.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 tentang Persetujuan Perpanjangan & Penetapan Bentuk & Ketentuan-Ketentuan Pokok (Terms & Conditions) KKS pada Wilayah Kerja Senoro-Toili, dengan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tomori Sulawesi memiliki PI sebesar 50%. Pembayaran Signature Bonus sebesar USD26,71 juta pada 1 April 2022, dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan Perpanjangan Kontrak Bagi Hasil Wilayah Kerja Senoro Toili pasca 2027 oleh Menteri ESDM tanggal 2 Juni 2022.2. Proyek TambourineMerupakan proyek pembelian PI ExxonMobil Iraq Limited di lapangan eksisting yang dimiliki PT Pertamina Irak Eksplorasi Produksi (PIREP), yaitu lapangan West Qurna-1. Jika closing, maka PI PIREP di West Qurna-1 bertambah dari 10% menjadi 20% yang berdampak
