Joint Study BungaImplemented in partnership with POSCO in the North East Java Basin offshore area. On 26 July 2022, PHE delivered the final presentation of JS Bunga to the Directorate General of Oil and Gas. On 6 June 2022, the UBD initiation forum was held and the UBD project, codenamed Brantas Project, was initiated.6. Serpang Joint Study Implemented in partnership with Petronas in the offshore area of the East Java Basin. As of 28 December 2022, the study progress has reached 41% , with completion anticipated in the 4th quarter of 2023.7. PI Management Transfer 10% BUMD SIAK Working AreaThe Government has approved the transfer of 10% PI of Siak Working Area via the letter of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) dated 8 February 2022 and the letter of SKK Migas dated 21 February 2022. PT Riau Petroleum Siak is the BUMD holding a 10% PI. A pada penambahan 2P sebesar 59 MMBOE. Asset Sales Agreement telah ditandatangani oleh PIREP dan EMIL pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022, sementara closing transaction serta amandemen TSC dan JOA akan dilakukan di triwulan 1-2023.3. Proyek SaluangMerupakan proyek perpanjangan pengelolaan Blok 405A Algeria yang terdiri dari lapangan MLN, unitisasi Ourhood, dan unitisasi EMK.
