SINAR PELITA (Sistem Inklusif dan Responsif Pelibatan Difabel dalam Tanggap Bencana) adalah program inovasi sosial yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan peran kelompok difabel dalam penanggulangan bencana di Aceh Tamiang yang diinisiasi oleh PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field. Program ini berangkat dari dua isu utama di wilayah tersebut, yaitu tingginya jumlah penyandang difabel dan frekuensi bencana banjir yang tinggi. Sebagai solusi, program ini membentuk SATGAS DIGDAYA (Satuan Tugas Difabel Siaga Tanggap Bencana dan Berdaya), yang tidak hanya bertindak sebagai eksekutor dalam situasi darurat tetapi juga sebagai konseptor dalam penyusunan SOP dan kebijakan tanggap bencana.Program ini berbasis pada tiga pilar utama: infrastruktur, peningkatan kapasitas, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi. Dari segi infrastruktur, program ini membangun Inclusive Shelter, Evacuation Electric Boat yang memanfaatkan gas berlebih dari operasi perusahaan, serta Box Energy sebagai sumber listrik darurat. Dari segi peningkatan kapasitas, difabel diberikan pelatihan mitigasi bencana dan edukasi tanggap darurat. Dari sisi ekonomi, program ini mengembangkan biskuit darurat bencana (BDB) dan usaha berbasis budidaya lele untuk mendukung kebutuhan pangan saat bencana.SINAR PELITA (Inclusive and Responsive System for Involvement of People with Disabilities in Disaster Response) is a social innovation program developed to increase the role of people with disabilities in disaster management in Aceh Tamiang initiated by PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field. This program is based on two main issues in the region, namely the high number of people with disabilities and the high frequency of flooding. As a solution, this program formed SATGAS DIGDAYA (Task Force of People with Disabilities for Disaster Response and Empowerment), which not only acts as an executor in emergency situations but also as a conceptor in the preparation of SOPs and disaster response policies.The program is based on three main pillars: infrastructure, capacity building, and economic empowerment. From the aspect of infrastructure, the program builds Inclusive Shelters, Evacuation Electric Boats that utilize excess gas from the company%u2019s operations, and Energy Box as an emergency power source. In terms of capacity building, people with disabilities are given disaster mitigation training and emergency response education.
