Program ini telah memberikan dampak signifikan baik dari sisi lingkungan maupun ekonomi. Dari aspek lingkungan, pemanfaatan IPAL terapung telah berhasil menurunkan beban pencemaran sungai, dengan penurunan kadar Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) dari 99,74 mg/L menjadi 50,97 mg/L, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) dari 718 mg/L menjadi 183 mg/L, serta Total Suspended Solids (TSS) dari 129 mg/L menjadi 73 mg/L. Selain itu, program penanaman mangrove juga telah membantu mengurangi emisi Gas Rumah Kaca sebesar 0,323 TonCO%u2082eq.Dari sisi ekonomi, aktivitas wisata susur sungai bekantan menghasilkan pendapatan sebesar Rp87.000.000 per tahun, sementara sektor UMKM menyumbang pendapatan Rp17.500.000 per tahun. Jumlah wisatawan juga meningkat, mencapai 427 wisatawan lokal dan 673 wisatawan mancanegara. Selain itu, kerja sama dengan beberapa UMKM di wilayah sekitar telah meningkatkan pendapatan masingmasing usaha hingga Rp100.000 per bulan.This program has had a significant impact both from the aspect of environment and economy.
