Sebagai bagian dari Grup Pertamina, PHE menggunakan saluran komunikasi 135 yang beroperasi selama 24 jam setiap hari sebagai sarana penerimaan saran dan keluhan dari masyarakat. Setiap laporan yang diterima akan dikelola oleh fungsi Corporate Secretary dan diteruskan ke pihak terkait untuk ditindaklanjuti. Sepanjang tahun 2024, tidak ada laporan keluhan dari masyarakat mengenai dampak operasional PHE. [GRI 2-25, 411-1, 11.16]PENEGAKAN HAM DI LINGKUNGAN MASYARAKATSelain dalam lingkungan pekerja, perusahaan juga memberi dukungan pada nilai-nilai universal HAM terhadap penduduk asli/masyarakat adat yang ada di sekitar wilayah kerja PHE Subholding Upstream. Perusahaan selalu menjunjung tinggi hal-hak masyarakat adat, seperti hak atas kepemilikan tanah, hak sosial, hak ekonomi, hak budaya, serta hak partisipasi efektif masyarakat adat. Dalam perjalanannya, perusahaan juga selalu melibatkan masyarakat adat/lokal dan menghargai hak kolektif masyarakat atas aspirasi mereka terhadap rencana pengembangan program yang diusulkan pada wilayah mereka. Prinsip ini sejalan dengan Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) yang menjadi Pedoman Pengelolaan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) No.A13-003/PHE01000/2021-S9. Prinsip FPIC diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan dan pedoman yang diterapkan dalam lingkup PHE. Selain itu, PHE juga menyusun Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) audit untuk implementasi kebijakan HAM dan memastikan implementasi HAM pada seluruh kontrak penyedia keamanan. Pada tahun 2024, tidak ada laporan mengenai insiden HAM yang terkait hak-hak masyarakat adat.As a part of Pertamina Group, PHE uses the communication channel 135 which operates 24 hours a day as a means of receiving suggestions and complaints from the public. The company always upholds the rights of indigenous peoples, such as the right to land ownership, social rights, economic rights, cultural rights, and the right to effective participation of indigenous peoples. In its journey, the company also always involves indigenous/local communities and respects the collective rights of the community for their aspirations regarding the proposed program development plans in their area. This principle is in line with Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) which becomes Guideline for Management of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) No.A13-003/PHE01000/2021-S9. The FPIC principle is integrated into the policies and guidelines applied within the scope of PHE. In addition, PHE also prepares a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for audits to implement human rights policies and ensures the implementation of human rights in all security provider contracts.
