One of the core competencies owned is Market Interface Capabilities which is conducted by the Community Relations & CID function through competency in designing and performing community empowerment activities.Prabumulih, Sumatra Selatan Melalui Program Pengendalian Agrokimia dalam Pertanian Karet Berbasis Pengolahan Sampah (Pakar Balam), dari dampak positif perusahaan yang ada mampu terciptanya transfer pengetahuan kepada kelompok mitra binaan dengan memberikan pelatihan digital marketing dan packaging untuk kelompok yang terlibat dalam program Pakar Balam seperti Kelompok Mokusaku Bersemi, Kelompok Pusat Daur Ulang (PDU) dan Kelompok Wanita Tani Kemuning & Matoa. Manfaat transfer pengetahuan yang didapatkan oleh kelompok selaras dengan dampak ekonomi yang dihasilkan. Dari segi ekonomi, terdapat Rp468.000.000/tahun omzet yang didapatkan kelompok pengolah sampah anorganik yakni Kelompok Pusat Daur Ulang (PDU) dari hasil penjualan cacahan plastik, wadah getah karet ecofirendly dan berbagai macam produk furniture plastik residu lainnya. Di sisi lain kelompok pengolah sampah organik di antaranya Kelompok Mokusaku Bersemi dan Kelompok KWT Kemuning dan Matoa mendapatkan omzet sekitar Rp 182.470.000/tahun. Indikator terakhir yaitu kalkulasi keuntungan yang didapatkan dari penggunaan mokusaku atau cuka kayu adalah sebesar Rp 78.968.000/tahun di mana jumlah tersebut didapatkan dari deviasi waktu dan biaya akibat penggunaan cuka para pada pertanian karet.Through the Agrochemical Control Program in Rubber Farming Based on Waste Processing (Pakar Balam), from the existing positive impact of the company, it is able to create knowledge transfer to the assisted partner groups by providing digital marketing and packaging training for groups involved in the Pakar Balam program such as the Mokusaku Bersemi Group, the Recycling Center Group (PDU) and the Kemuning & Matoa Women Farmers Group. On the other hand, the organic waste processing group including the Mokusaku Bersemi Group and the Kemuning and Matoa KWT Group get a turnover of around Rp182,470,000/year. Alat ini berfungsi untuk memisahkan pasir dari gas berlebih, sehingga gas yang dihasilkan lebih bersih dan efisien untuk dikonversi menjadi energi. Inovasi ini mendukung penggunaan gas yang lebih aman dan efisien untuk berbagai keperluan, termasuk sebagai sumber energi skala rumahan. Salah satu penerapannya adalah dalam Inovasi Rumah Energi pada program Rumah Kreatif Tamiang.Pertamina EP Rantau Field has an innovation in the form of a Sand and Gas Separator Tool that has been patented with Patent Number IDS000007070 on December 31, 2023. This tool functions to separate sand from excess gas, so that the gas produced is cleaner and more efficient to be converted into energy. This innovation supports the use of safer and more efficient gas for various purposes, including as a home-scale source of energy.
