PHE Subholding Upstream memiliki program pengelolaan dampak kegiatan operasional terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar dengan melakukan identifikasi, pemahaman, dan penanganan dampak baik secara positif maupun negatif, yang bisa timbul dari kegiatan perusahaan. Pengelolaan ini dilakukan guna mencapai keseimbangan dalam keberlanjutan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan sekitar dengan masyarakat. Termasuk di dalamnya untuk menjalin hubungan yang positif antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat, komunitas adat, serta UMKM, juga berusaha meminimalkan dampak negatif yang mungkin muncul seiring berjalannya waktu. [GRI 413-1] Dalam perjalanannya, PHE Subholding Upstream menyusun program CID (Community Involvement & Development) atau program pengembangan masyarakat yang meliputi mekanisme perencanaan, implementasi program, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta yang terakhir adalah pelaporan. Penyusunan program ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil dari beberapa studi yang dilakukan, seperti; Sosial mapping, penyusunan grand design, Analisis Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL), dan kajian relevan lainnya yang melibatkan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Selain itu, masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasi dan pemangku kepentingan seperti pemerintah setempat dilibatkan dalam setiap tahapan program CID atau program pengembangan masyarakat dari proses pemetaan, perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring & evaluasi program CID atau program pengembangan masyarakat.Program dijalankan dengan persetujuan kerja sama dari pejabat berwenang setempat, dan pelaksanaannya dilakukan sesuai dengan indikator kinerja demi ketepatan waktu yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya, program diawasi untuk melihat berbagai progress yang kemudian dapat dievaluasi untuk dinilai keefektifan programnya. Monitoring dan evaluasi ini terus dipantau untuk mencapai target sasaran yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan, yang selanjutnya akan dituliskan dalam bentuk pelaporan sebagai bahan ulas dan evaluasi secara internal perusahaan dalam pengelolaan program CID (Community Involvement & Development) atau program pengembangan masyarakat yang sudah berjalan. [GRI 413-2]Program CID (Community Involvement & Development) atau program pengembangan masyarakat ini dievaluasi secara internal melalui pelaporan, yang dinilai berdasarkan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang terlaksana, evaluasi Social Return on Investment (SROI), pengukuran Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM), dan keikutsertaan pada berbagai kompetisi maupun ESG rating. Secara keseluruhan berikut merupakan dampak positif dan negatif untuk masyarakat yang terjadi dalam lingkup kerja PHE. This management is conducted in order to achieve balance in economic, social, and environmental sustainability with the community. This includes establishing positive relationships between the company and the community, indigenous communities, and MSMEs, as well as trying to minimize negative impacts that may arise over time. [GRI 413-1] Along the way, PHE Subholding Upstream prepared the CID (Community Involvement & Development) program or the community development program which includes planning mechanisms, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and the last is reporting. The preparation of this program is based on the results of several studies conducted, such as; Social mapping, preparation of grand design, Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL), and other relevant studies involving the community and the environment. In addition, the community around the areas of operation and the stakeholders such as the local government are involved in every stage of the CID program or the community development program starting from the mapping process, planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of the CID program or the community development program.The program is run with approval for cooperation from local authorities, and its implementation is conducted in accordance with performance indicators for the sake of timeliness that has been previously determined. Furthermore, the program is monitored to see various progresses that may then be evaluated to assess the effectiveness of the program. The monitoring and evaluation are continuously monitored to achieve the targets that have been determined by the company, which will then be written in the form of a report as materials for internal review and evaluation by the company in managing the CID (Community Involvement & Development) program or the community development program which is already running. [GRI 413-2]This CID (Community Involvement & Development) program or the community development program is evaluated internally through reporting, which is assessed based on the implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPI), evaluation of Social Return on Investment (SROI), measurement of Community Satisfaction Index (CSI), and participation in various competitions and ESG ratings.
