Dari sisi produksi, realisasi produksi minyak tahun 2023 mencapai 566,35 MBOPD atau 110,09% dari realisasi produksi minyak tahun 2022. Untuk realisasi produksi gas tahun 2023 tercatat sebesar 2.765,85 MMSCFD atau 105,40% dari realisasi produksi gas tahun 2022. Salah satu faktor utama dalam pencapaian ini adalah keberhasilan eksekusi program kerja yang masif. Jumlah pengeboran pengembangan mencapai 799 sumur hingga akhir tahun 2023, melampaui angka tahun sebelumnya yang sebanyak 692 sumur. Di sisi lain, pada tahun 2023 ini industri hulu migas juga mendapatkan pengakuan bahwa keberadaan industri hulu migas ini memang terbukti mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan menjadi pendukung terhadap target Pemerintah dalam melakukan transisi energi.Pada tahun 2023, PHE Subholding Upstream menjalankan berbagai macam strategi untuk meningkatkan produksi antara lain menambahkan 10% Participating Interest di Irak, akuisisi wilayah kerja East Natuna, Bunga dan Peri Mahakam, perpanjangan kontrak MLN Algeria, serta penandatanganan perjanjian pembelian kepemilikan blok Masela. PHE Subholding Upstream akan terus berinvestasi dalam pengelolaan operasi dan bisnis hulu migas sesuai prinsip ESG (Environment, Social, Governance), untuk mendukung target Pemerintah dalam mencapai produksi minyak 1 Juta BOPD dan produksi gas 12 BCFD pada tahun 2030.PHE Subholding Upstream telah terdaftar dalam United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) sebagai partisipan/anggota sejak Juni 2022. PHE Subholding Upstream berkomitmen pada Sepuluh Prinsip Universal atau Ten Principles dari UNGC dalam strategi dan operasionalnya, sebagai bagian penerapan aspek ESG. PHE Subholding Upstream akan terus mengembangkan pengelolaan operasi di dalam dan luar negeri dengan operation excellent secara profesional untuk mewujudkan pencapaian menjadi perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi kelas dunia yang Environmental Friendly, Societal Responsible Company dan Good Governance.Produksi MigasTotal produksi migas PHE Subholding Upstream tahun 2023 mencapai 1.043,73 MBOEPD. Jumlah tersebut meningkat 7,89% dari tahun 2022 sebesar 967,37 MBOEPD, atau 97,34% dari Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) 2023. Pencapaian ini dipengaruhi gap run rate awal tahun dan mundurnya pemboran. Sedangkan produksi gas pada tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 2.765,85 In 2023, the upstream oil and gas sector has recorded encouraging productivity growth. In terms of production, the realization of oil production in 2023 reached 566.35 MBOPD or 110.09% of the realization of oil production in 2022. As for the realization of gas production in 2023, it was recorded at 2,765.85 MMSCFD or 105.40% of the realization of gas production in 2022. One of the main factors in this achievement was the successful execution of a massive work program. On the other hand, in 2023, it was also recognized that the upstream oil and gas industry had been proven to have encouraged Indonesia's economic growth and supported the Government's target in carrying out the energy transition.In 2023, PHE Subholding Upstream implemented various types of strategies to increase production such as increasing its Participating Interest in Iraq by 10%, acquiring the East Natuna, Bunga and Peri Mahakam work areas extending the MLN contract in Algeria, and signing acquisition of ownership in the Masela block. PHE Subholding Upstream is going to continue investing in the management of upstream oil and gas operations and business in accordance with ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) principles, to support the Government%u2019s target to achieve 1 million BOPD of oil production and 12 BCFD of gas production by 2030. PHE Subholding Upstream has been registered as participant/member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) since June 2022. PHE Subholding Upstream has been committed to the Ten Universal Principles of UNGC in its strategy and operational activities, as part of implementation of the ESG aspect.
