Sosialisasi kepada stakeholder eksternal Perusahaan di antaranya melalui Vendor Day dan Customers Day terkait materi komitmen dan proses GCG di Perusahaan, termasuk CoC. 4. Distribusi informasi terkait SMAP dan gratifikasi maupun pelaporan LHKPN melalui ambient media di sekitar lokasi kantor.5. Sosialisasi dan internalisasi GCG dan SMAP kepada fungsifungsi di internal Perusahaan baik secara online maupun offline. 6. Reminder rutin kepada pekerja akan pelaporan dan pernyataan CoC, COI, gratifikasi, dan LHKPN melalui aplikasi Compliance Online System. Kepatuhan Seluruh Insan PHE terhadap Pedoman Etika Usaha dan Etika Bisnis (CoC)Dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya, seluruh insan PHE, yakni Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, pekerja waktu tertentu, pekerja waktu tidak tertentu, dan tenaga kerja jasa penunjang yang bekerja di lingkungan PHE wajib untuk patuh pada Pedoman Perilaku dan Etika Bisnis (CoC). Pedoman Perilaku dan Etika Bisnis juga menjadi panduan berbagai pihak:1. Pihak eksternal yang bertindak untuk dan atas nama Perusahaan.2. Anak Perusahaan dan struktur perusahaan di bawahnya, yaitu badan hukum/usaha lain yang dikendalikan PHE, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung.3. Mitra kerja, vendor, dan kontraktor.Komitmen untuk melaksanakan CoC dinyatakan dalam Pernyataan Kepatuhan yang setiap tahun yang harus diperbaharui oleh pekerja maupun pimpinan PHE melalui compliance online system. Selain mengisi pernyataan kepatuhan, setiap pekerja PHE juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk:1. Membaca, memahami, dan menerapkan CoC.2. Melaporkan setiap tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum dan ketentuan Perusahaan lain.Adapun tanggung jawab sebagai pimpinan PHE selain mengisi pernyataan kepatuhan, mencakup:1. Membaca, memahami, dan menerapkan CoC.2. Melaporkan setiap tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum dan ketentuan Perusahaan lainnya.3. Menjadi panutan bagi pekerja di lingkungannya.4. Memberikan pelindungan bagi pekerja yang melakukan pelaporan.2. Regular reminder to workers regarding reporting and statements of CoC, COI, gratuities, and LHKPN through the Compliance Online System application.Compliance of All Personnel of PHE with Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoC)In performing their work, all personnel of PHE, namely the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, fixed-term workers, non-fixed-term workers, and supporting service workers working for PHE are required to comply with the Code of Conduct and the Business Ethics (CoC). The Code of Conduct and the Business Ethics also serve as a guide for various parties:1. External parties acting for and on behalf of the Company.2. Subsidiaries and corporate structures under them, namely other legal/business entities controlled by PHE, either directly or indirectly.3. Partners, vendors and contractors.The commitment to implementing the CoC is stated in the Statement of Compliance which must be renewed annually by workers and leaders of PHE through the compliance online system. In addition to filling out the statement of compliance, every worker of PHE is also responsible for:1. Reading, understanding and applying CoC.2. Reporting any actions that are not in accordance with the laws and other provisions of the Company.The responsibilities as a leader of PHE, apart from filling out the compliance statement, include:1.
