RINCIAN MASALAH YANG MUNCUL PADA TAHUN 2024DETAILS OF ISSUES EMERGING IN 2024Sepanjang tahun 2024, Perusahaan menghadapi beberapa permasalahan yang muncul terkait dengan operasi yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan, diantaranya sebagai berikut:1. Volume Produksi tidak tercapaiRealisasi kinerja produksi minyak dan gas (konsolidasi) pada tahun 2024 tercatat masih belum mencapai target, di mana hal ini terutama disebabkan force majeure berupa kejadian banjir di wilayah Sumatera yang menyebabkan gap run rate produksi di awal tahun, dan isu geopolitik yang menyebabkan beberapa proyek PHE mengalami kendala. Akan tetapi, kontribusi positif didapatkan dari produksi aset Algeria Region 5 (proyek Gazzetal), penambahan Participating Interest (PI) dari wilayah kerja PHE Corridor, serta penambahan Produksi wilayah kerja PEPC BUKK di Region 4.2. Kinerja lifting minyak sejalan dengan realisasi produksi dan Lifting to Production ratio sebesar 99,97%.Untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut di atas, Perusahaan melakukan beberapa upaya sebagai berikut: 1. Upaya recovery plan terus dilakukan dengan evaluasi komprehensif dan berkelanjutan melalui Filling The Gap (FTG), reaktivasi idle well untuk mendapatkan tambahan aktivitas well services, pemboran, workover maupun optimasi planned shutdown.2. Melakukan preventive maintenance pada major equipment & facility, melakukan optimasi pelaksanaan TAR dibeberapa WK, close coordination bersama pihak-pihak terkait.Throughout 2024, the Company faced several issues that arose related to the operations carried out by the Company, including the following:1. Production Volume not achievedThe realization of oil and gas production performance (consolidation) in 2024 was recorded as not reaching the target, where this was mainly due to force majeure in the form of floods in Sumatra region which caused a production run rate gap at the beginning of the year, and geopolitical issues that caused several projects of PHE to experience obstacles. However, positive contributions were obtained from the production of assets of Algeria Region 5 (Gazzetal project), the addition of Participating Interest (PI) from the working area of PHE Corridor, and the addition of production of working area of PEPC BUKK in Region 4.2. Oil lifting performance is in line with production realization and the Lifting-to-Production ratio is 99.97%.To overcome the above problems, the Company has made several efforts as follows:1. Recovery plan efforts continue to be carried out with comprehensive and ongoing evaluations through Filling The Gap (FTG), reactivation of idle wells to obtain additional well services activities, drilling, workovers and optimization of planned shutdowns.2.
