                                    Rencana Pengembangan Segmen Operasi Lainnya dari Jasa dan Layanan Anak Perusahaan (AP) di Masa Mendatang%u2022 PT Elnusa TbkDi Jasa Penunjang, sepanjang tahun 2024 juga telah meningkatkan kinerja unit bisnis dengan baik, diantaranya:- SCU- PND mengerjakan sebanyak 257 kontrak on hand& 95% Utilisasi Aset; 118 kontrak Warehouse & Data Management; serta 139 kontrak pekerjaan ICT. Dalam periode yang sama SCU-PND memperoleh sertifikasi ANRI (Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia) Grade AA (Istimewa) Untuk Bidang Penataan Arsip.- ETSA mengerjakan kontrak dengan utilisasi aset mencapai 80% disertai dengan pelaksanaan project Non Asset Based sebanyak 22 kontrak. Zero LTI & TRIR dengan manhours di atas 2.8 juta MH. ETSA dalam kurun waktu 6 (enam) tahun terakhir, jumlah kapal yang dioperasikan ETSA tumbuh secara konsisten.- Kinerja EFK mayoritas ditopang oleh bisnis unit OCTG dengan pencapaian pendapatan sebesar 154% dari target. Unit bisnis Fabrikasi dan Konstruksi menunjukkan perkembangan positif setelah melalui masa evaluasi menyeluruh selama satu tahun. Tahun ini, unit tersebut memulai kembali operasionalnya dengan mengerjakan proyek-proyek strategis seperti Proyek sinergi bersama EPN melalui layanan Jasa Karoseri Mobil Tangki 16 KL dan Proyek Blanket Order Construction di wilayah JTB Pertamina EP Cepu.Dalam rangka mewujudkan komitmen Perusahaan sebagai perusahaan jasa energi terkemuka dan memberikan solusi total yang mampu memberikan jasa secara menyeluruh dan profesional serta menguntungkan baik kepada pelanggan maupun kepada Perusahaan, beberapa strategi dilakukan oleh Perusahaan antara lain dengan mendorong pertumbuhan usaha melalui optimasi eksisting portofolio, menciptakan recurring income dan diversifikasi bisnis dengan pengembangan kompetensi inti, peningkatan sinergi dan kolaborasi antar Elnusa Group serta peningkatan Investasi yang prudent, strategic partnershipdan selective M&A.Perusahaan optimis, dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, Perusahaan tidak hanya mampu mempertahankan pangsa pasar di iklim bisnis yang sangat kompetitif, namun dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dengan selalu meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas yang merupakan kompetensi baru bagi Perusahaan sehingga dapat menjaga keberlangsungan kinerja Perusahaan secara jangka panjang.Development Plan for Other Operating Segments of Subsidiary Services (AP) in the Future%u2022 PT Elnusa TbkIn Supporting Services, throughout 2024, the performance of business units has also improved well, including:- SCU-PND worked on 257 on-hand contracts & 95% Asset Utilization; 118 Warehouse & Data Management contracts; and 139 ICT work contracts. In the same period, SCU-PND obtained ANRI (National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia) Grade AA (Special) certification for Archives Arrangement.- ETSA worked on contracts with asset utilization reaching 80% accompanied by the implementation of 22 Non-Asset Based projects. Zero LTI & TRIR with manhours above 2.8 million MH. ETSA over the past six (6) years, the number of vessels operated by ETSA has grown consistently.- EFK's performance was mostly supported by the OCTG business unit with revenue achievement of 154% of the target. The Fabrication and Construction business unit showed positive development after going through a comprehensive evaluation period for one year. This year, the unit restarted its operations by working on strategic projects such as the synergy Project with EPN through the 16 KL Tanker Car Body Service and the Blanket Order Construction Project in the area of JTB Pertamina EP Cepu.In order to realize the Company's commitment as a leading energy service company and provide total solutions that are able to provide comprehensive and professional services and are profitable for both customers and the Company, several strategies are carried out by the Company, including encouraging business growth through optimizing existing portfolios, creating recurring income and diversifying business by developing core competencies, increasing synergy and collaboration between the Elnusa Group and increasing prudent investment, strategic partnerships and selective M&A.The Company is optimistic that with these steps, the Company will not only be able to maintain its market share in a very competitive business climate, but will also be able to increase its market share more widely by always increasing its capacity and capabilities, which are new competencies for the Company, so that it can maintain the sustainability of the Company's performance in the long term.
