%u2022 Persetujuan DG-1, DG-2, dan FID %u2022 Persetujuan DG-1 sebanyak 11 proyek atau melebihi target tahun 2024, terdiri dari 6 (enam) proyek EOR yaitu EOR Rama, CEOR Minas Area B, Polymer Minas Area D, Polymer Rantau Stage-1, CEOR Handil, dan CO2 Jatibarang serta 5 (lima) proyek waterflood yaitu Kuala Simpang Barat, Tilan, Pamaguan, Semberah dan Mutiara.%u2022 Persetujuan DG-2 sebanyak 5 proyek atau melebihi target tahun 2024, terdiri dari 2 (dua) proyek EOR yaitu Rama dan NDD Phase - 2 serta 3 (tiga) proyek waterflood yaitu Petapahan, B-3, dan Seruni.%u2022 Persetujuan FID sebanyak 7 proyek, terdiri dari 1 (satu) proyek EOR yaitu CEOR Minas Area A serta 6 (enam) proyek waterflood yaitu Petani, Menggala South, Bangko LQR, Sintong, Menggala North, dan Ubi Sikladi.%u2022 Implementasi Field Study EOR%u2022 Menjalankan program CO2 Huff and Puff Sukowati dengan menyelesaikan injeksi pada sumur SKW-18 pada Desember 2023 dan tes baseline produksi SW - 18 dilaksanakan pada 27 Maret 2024 dengan hasil sebesar 1805 BLPD/ 69 BOPD.%u2022 Menjalankan program Simple Surfactant Flooding Lapangan Balam South dengan menyelesaikan Injeksi Surfaktan di Pattern-1 pada Maret 2024, serta injeksi pre-slug di Pattern-2 dan Pattern-3 pada 12 - 25 Desember%u201924. Kegiatan evaluasi menyeluruh terkait kinerja Pattern-1 sudah lakukan dan dilakukan proses monitoring arah penyapuan dan luasan injeksi pre-slug untuk Pattern-2 dan Pattern-3. %u2022 Menjalankan program Interwell CO2 Sukowati bekerja sama dengan JOGMEC (Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security) dan JAPEX (Japan Petroleum Exploration). Injeksi pertama sebesar 2,604 ton CO2 di sumur SKW26 dengan laju injeksi 84 ton/ hari dilakukan pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2024 dan 7 November 2024.%u2022 Strategic Partnership Implementasi EOR%u2022 Rencana Kerja sama dengan Sinopec untuk implementasi EOR pada kandidat Lapangan Rantau, Jirak, Zulu, Tanjung dan Pamusian. Penandatanganan CA (Confidentiality Agreement) study EOR dengan Sinopec dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2024.%u2022 Rencana Kerja sama dengan Petrochina untuk pengembangan lapangan melalui implementasi EOR pada Lapangan Minas.
