%u2022 Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation (SDRE)Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation (SDRE) memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab dalam pencapaian target, keandalan, serta keberlanjutan pengembangan subsurface, Enhanced/Improved Oil Recovery (E/IOR), serta pengelolaan cadangan maupun sumber daya.%u2022 Kinerja Subsurface Sumur Development Drilling(Eksploitasi)PHE Subholding Upstream menyelesaikan pengeboran pengembangan sejumlah 821 sumur dari target 781 sumur tahun 2024. Dengan jumlah tersebut pencapaian pengeboran pengembangan mencapai 105% terhadap RKAP 2024. Kinerja subsurface sumur pengeboran pengembangan tahun 2024 menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan success ratio 88,6% dari target 80% sehingga pencapaian 110%. Beberapa faktor yang berkontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian success ratio tahun 2024 diantaranya:1. Ditemukannya kualitas reservoir yang lebih baik pada layer target seperti di Regional 1-Zona 1 (Puspa Asri) dan Zona-7 (Subang), Regional 5-Zona 16 (West Qurna).2. Ditemukan bypass oil zone seperti di Regional 1-Zona 2&3 (Pematang, Kopar, Pager, Pungut, Petani, Pinang, Obor, Menggala South, Bekasap) dan Zona 4 (Benuang dan Gunung Kemala).3. Adanya tambahan lapisan-lapisan tambahan di Regional 3-Zona 9 (Mutiara-Area Dondang) dan Zona 10 (Sejadi).4. Keberhasilan sumur interfield dan step out di Regional 1-Zona 1 dan Zona 4 (Puspa Asri, Lembak Kemang Tapus, Talang Jimar Timur) dan Multistage Fracturing pada Sumur Horizontal di Regional 1-Zona 2&3 (Kotabatak). %u2022 Review/Challange Session Usulan Pengeboran Pengembangan Aspek Teknis SubsurfaceSepanjang tahun 2024, realisasi Review/Challange Session Usulan Pengeboran Pengembangan Aspek Teknis Subsurface sumur development (eksploitasi) yang berhasil dilakukan sebanyak 825 sumur development(berupa update Review/Challenge Session untuk Rencana Kerja 2024 sebanyak 65 sumur, Rencana Kerja 2025 sebanyak 648 sumur dan Rencana Kerja 2026 sebanyak 112 sumur).%u2022 Post Mortem Sumur-sumur Pengeboran PengembanganPada tahun 2024, realisasi diskusi post mortem dan pencatatan parameter subsurface sumur-sumur pengeboran pengembangan yang telah completeduntuk mendapatkan lesson learn, improvement dan mengurangi risiko pengeboran yang akan dihadapi. %u2022 Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation (SDRE)The function of SDRE (Subsurface Development and Reservoir Engineering) plays a role and holds responsibilities in achieving targets, reliability, and sustainability of subsurface development, Enhanced/Improved Oil Recovery (E/IOR), as well as in the management of reserves and resources, as outlined in the following activities.%u2022 Well construction and Workover Execution (Exploitation)PHE Subholding Upstream completed the development drilling of 821 wells from the target of 781 wells in 2024. With this number, the development drilling achievement reached 105% of RKAP 2024. The subsurface performance of development drilling wells in 2024 showed good results with a success ratio of 88.6% from the target of 80%, thus achieving 110%. Several factors that contributed positively to the achievement of the success ratio in 2024 include:1. Better reservoir quality was found in target layers such as in Regional 1-Zone 1 (Puspa Asri) and Zone-7 (Subang), Regional 5-Zone 16 (West Qurna).2. Bypass oil zones were found in Regional 1-Zones 2&3 (Pematang, Kopar, Pager, Pungut, Petani, Pinang, Obor, Menggala South, Bekasap) and Zone 4 (Benuang and Gunung Kemala).3.
