Keberhasilan pencapaian tersebut berasal dari aktivitas:%u2022 Kegiatan Waterflood- Regional 1 : Lapangan Rantau, WK Rokan (Waterflood Expansion & New Waterflood) dan Jirak- Regional 2 : Lapangan E-Main- Regional 3 : Lapangan Handil dan Tanjung%u2022 Kegiatan EOR- Regional 1 : Lapangan Rokan (Steamflood NDD Area 14)%u2022 Pelaksanaan RK sesuai plan dan optimasi injeksi produksi pada waterflood pada Waterflood WK Rokan %u2022 Program gross up sumur-sumur produksi Waterflood Tanjung, Pemanfaatan make up water dari air sungai Tabalong dalam rangka menaikkan rate injeksi sampai dengan 68K bwipd sesuai dengan FID/POD.%u2022 Percepatan RK Sumur Injeksi 2025 ke Q4 2024 (Penambahan 1 Sumur Injeksi untuk Lapangan Waterflood Handil).%u2022 Drilling & Well Intervention (DWI)- Drilling & Well Intervention (DWI) memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab dalam usaha pencapaian target jumlah sumur pengeboran eksplorasi dan eksploitasi, kegiatan KUPL, serta aktivitas perawatan sumur berdasarkan pada prinsip Operation & HSSE Excellence. Hal ini penting, mengingat sebagian besar biaya investasi pada sektor hulu migas berada di dalam kegiatan fungsi Drilling & Well Intervention.The performance realization of S/EOR in 2024 reached 7,159 BOPD, with Waterflood production achieving 6,991 BOPD (128%) and EOR production reaching 168 BOPD (142%). This production figure represents an increase compared to last year%u2019s realization of 3,537 BOPD. This achievement was driven by the following activities:%u2022 Waterflood Activities- Regional 1 : Rantau Field, Rokan Working Area (Waterflood Expansion & New Waterflood) and Jirak- Regional 2 : E-Main Field- Regional 3 : Handil and Tanjung Fields%u2022 EOR Activities- Regional 1 : Rokan Field (Steamflood NDD Area 14)%u2022 Implementation of RK according to plan and optimization of production injection at waterflood at Waterflood Rokan Working Area%u2022 Gross up program for Tanjung Waterflood production wells, Utilization of make up water from Tabalong river water in order to increase the injection rate up to 68K bwipd in accordance with FID/POD.%u2022 Acceleration of RK Injection Well 2025 to Q4 2024 (Addition of 1 Injection Well for Handil Waterflood Field).%u2022 Drilling & Well Intervention (DWI)- The Drilling & Well Intervention (DWI) function has roles and responsibilities in the context of endeavours to achieve the target number of drilling wells, exploration and exploitation, KUPL activities, and well maintenance activities based on the principles of Operation & HSSE Excellence. This is rather significant, considering that most of the investment costs in the upstream oil and gas sector are in the activities of the Drilling & Well Intervention function.
