Rencana Pengembangan Kegiatan Eksplorasi Migas di Masa MendatangAspirasi eksplorasi yang tertuang dalam Pertamina RJPP Unconstraint 2024-2029 & supplement BUMN 2034 meliputi 4 (empat) hal yaitu jumlah pengeboran sumur eksplorasi, penambahan sumber daya 2C, rata-rata sumber daya per sumur dan biaya CAPEX eksplorasi. Bentuk upaya eksplorasi dalam menemukan sumber daya migas baru yaitu dengan mengkombinasikan sumur near field exploration dan emerging-frontier exploration serta meningkatkan deep water exploration sebagai upaya untuk membuktikan play baru (play opener) dan mendapatkan significant discovery. Implementasi target pengeboran eksplorasi didasarkan pada data historikal realisasi pengeboran dan upaya perbaikan berkelanjutan. Frontier exploration di blok-blok migas baru melalui kegiatan New Venture diharapkan dapat memainkan perannya dalam pengeboran sumur eksplorasi baik di onshore maupun offshoreyang akan terimplementasi mulai tahun 2030 sehingga green field exploration dapat memberikan implikasi penambahan sumber daya migas baru yang signifikan terhadap Perusahaan. Beberapa strategi eksplorasi akan diterapkan sebagai upaya menemukan sumber daya migas baru seperti fokus kepada mid-large size discovery dengan total sumber daya prospektif sebesar 16 BBOE, target pertumbuhan sumber daya prospektif sebesar 15% per tahun sebagai upaya untuk memperpanjang dan meningkatkan Reserve to Production (RTP) melalui pengeboran di existing block dan new venture, fokus kepada high impact exploration well dengan meningkatkan target pemboran dari 20 MMBOE per well sampai tahun 2026, menjadi >50 MMBOE per well mulai tahun 2027. Secara Geografis, >75% Wilayah Kerja Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) berada di Indonesia dan tersebar di Pulau Sumatra, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi dan Papua. Adapun Wilayah Kerja PHE mencakup 40% yang tersebar di 25 Basin, sehingga potensi menemukan temuan giant discoveries melalui akuisisi Blok eksplorasi migas baru di wilayah Indonesia masih sangat besar terutama di new frontier dan emerging basin.Secara Umum, Exploration Growth Strategy melalui kegiatan New Venture terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) area yaitu Existing Footprint Area dan New Country Entry. Adapun Kegiatan dan Evaluasi New Venture yang dilakukan untuk melaksanakan strategi tersebut yaitu:1. Melaksanakan dan Memenuhi Komitmen KKPJM di Wilayah Terbuka.2. Melakukan Integrated G&G Regional Study (Basin Master) untuk identifikasi peluang New Venture.3. Melakukan evaluasi blok eksplorasi untuk PI 15% dan Farm-In Opportunities.4. Melakukan Joint Study untuk New Exploration Play.Plan on the Development of Future Oil and Gas Exploration ActivitiesThe exploration aspirations set out in Pertamina RJPP Unconstraint 2024-2029 & BUMN 2034 supplement include 4 (four) aspects, namely the number of explorations well drilling, additional 2C resources, average resources per well and exploration CAPEX costs. Exploration efforts for identifying new oil and gas resources are materialized by combining near field exploration and frontier exploration wells, managing baselines and accelerating monetization of exploration findings. The achievement of exploration drilling targets is based on historical data on drilling realization and implemented continuous improvement efforts. In addition, it includes taking into account the exploration drilling execution capability based on historical data in implementing drilling targets. It is expected that frontier exploration through New Venture will play a role in the drilling of exploration wells to be implemented starting in 2030 so that green field exploration can have significant resource implications for the Company.Several exploration strategies will be implemented in an effort to discover new oil and gas resources, such as focusing on mid- to large-size discoveries with a total prospective resource of 16 BBOE. The Company targets prospective resource growth of 15% per year to extend and enhance the Reserve to Production (RTP) ratio through drilling activities in existing blocks and new ventures. Emphasis will be placed on high-impact exploration wells by increasing the drilling target from 20 MMBOE per well through 2026, to over >50 MMBOE per well starting in 2027.Geographically, >75% of Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Working Area is in Indonesia and spread across the islands of Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua. The PHE Working Area covers 40% spread across 25 Basins, so the potential for finding giant discoveries through the acquisition of new oil and gas exploration blocks in Indonesia is still very large, especially in the new frontier and emerging basins.In General, Exploration Growth Strategy through New Venture activities is divided into 2 (two) areas, namely Existing Footprint Area and New Country Entry.
