Implementasi Fast Tract Exploration (FTE)Memastikan komitmen dalam menerapkan proses bisnis Fast Track Exploration (FTE) untuk mempercepat tahapan eksplorasi secara efisien dan responsif terhadap peluang pasar. Memberikan rekomendasi teknis untuk peluang wilayah eksplorasi dan melalui akuisisi blok baru melalui skema kemitraan di area frontier dan emerging.Melaksanakan dan melakukan pemenuhan Komitmen Kerja Pasti sesuai regulasi. Pertamina Hulu Energi, khususnya Direktorat Eksplorasi memastikan visi dan misi dapat menjalankan melalui strategi yang spesifik pada existingassets, new ventures, serta kegiatan partnership.Strategi eksplorasi telah dilaksanakan dengan penuh komitmen dan membuahkan hasil yang baik, dengan adanya temuan sumber daya migas. Selama tahun 2024, PHE Subholding Upstream telah menemukan sumber daya migas baru hasil pengeboran eksplorasi sebesar 406,32 MMBOE yang diperoleh dari Sumur Padang Pancuran (PPC)-1, Sungai Rotan Downblock (SRD)-001, Pinang East (PNE)-1, Astrea (ATR)-1 Anggrek Violet (AVO)-001, Sidingin North (SDN)-1 (Regional 1); GQY1, East Pasir Catang (EPC)-001 (Regional 2); Julang Emas (JLE)-001, Tedong (TDG)-001, Piarawi (PIA)-001 (Regional 4). Sementara tambahan 2C dari hasil studi dan reassessment sebesar 245,87 MMBOE yang diperoleh dari struktur Uno dan Melati (Regional 1), struktur RDO, RDN, BLT, dan Banuwati-Asti-Ratna (Regional 2), struktur Sadewa Deep dan East Manpatu (Regional 3), struktur Wolai dan Sumber (Regional 4). Terdapat 2 (dua) temuan high impact dengan besaran 2C lebih dari 100 MMBOE dari pengeboran sumur eksplorasi yang dicatatkan pada tahun 2024 yaitu dari sumur Padang Pancuran (PPC)-1 di Regional 1, dan Tedong (TDG)-1 di Regional 4.Kinerja Operasi dan Produktivitas Eksplorasi MigasSecara umum, kinerja eksplorasi PHE Subholding Upstreamtahun 2024 mencatat kinerja yang cukup baik. Pengeboran sumur eksplorasi mencapai rasio sukses sebesar 67%, meningkat dibandingkan target 2024 yaitu 36%. Eksplorasi PHE Subholding Upstream menyerap biaya investasi sebesar USD308,79 juta untuk membiayai kegiatan eksplorasi selama tahun 2024. Angka ini mengalami penurunan 3% dibandingkan tahun 2023 yang mencapai USD318,22 juta. Penurunan tersebut terjadi karena fokus kegiatan Eksplorasi terhadap investasi selektif untuk sumur-sumur yang memberikan temuan high impact.Aktivitas eksplorasi sepanjang tahun 2024 meliputi pengeboran sumur eksplorasi, studi geologi dan geofisika, serta survei seismik dan survei lainnya, baik di area existingmaupun di wilayah terbuka. Dari kegiatan eksplorasi, PHE Subholding Upstream mencatat tambahan volume sumber daya kontinjen (2C) sebesar 652,19 MMBOE atau meningkat 34% dibandingkan tahun 2023 yang mencapai 488,15 MMBOE 4. During 2024, PHE Subholding Upstream has discovered new oil and gas resources from exploration drilling of 406.32 MMBOE obtained from the Padang Pancuran (PPC)-1 Well, Sungai Rotan Downblock (SRD)-001, Pinang East (PNE)-1, Astrea (ATR)-1 Anggrek Violet (AVO)-001, Sidingin North (SDN)-1 (Regional 1); GQY-1, East Pasir Catang (EPC)-001 (Regional 2); Julang Emas (JLE)-001, Tedong (TDG)-001, Piarawi (PIA)-001 (Regional 4). Exploration well drilling achieved a success ratio of 67%, showing an increase compared to the 2024 target, which was set a 36%. PHE Subholding Upstream exploration absorbed investment costs of USD308.79 million to finance exploration activities during 2024. This figure decreased by 3% compared to 2023 which reached USD318.22 million. The decrease occurred because the focus of exploration activities was on selective investment for wells that provided high impact findings.Exploration activities throughout 2024 included exploration well drilling, geological and geophysical studies, as well as seismic and other surveys, both in existing areas and in open areas.
