Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) juga tetap dilakukan dalam skala penuh untuk proyek-proyek waterflood yang telah mendapatkan persetujuan Final Investment Decision (FID) di 2022. Penerapan EOR telah dapat meningkatkan produksi harian, dan telah dilaksanakan pada proyek WaterfloodRantau dengan tambahan produksi 366 BOPD (69%), Jirak Waterflood dengan tambahan produksi 371 BOPD (88%), Handil Waterflood dengan tambahan produksi 45 BOPD (16%), dan Tanjung Waterflood dengan tambahan produksi 619 BOPD (106%), sedangkan untuk E-Main Waterfloodmasih belum memberikan incremental produksi.Sinergi antarwilayah kerja PERTAMINA dengan terlaksananya resources sharing turut mendukung kelancaran kegiatan operasional PHE Subholding Upstream. Sejalan dengan sinergi dan strategi yang diterapkan, Direksi melihat bahwa kinerja operation excellence serta optimasi biaya di seluruh lapisan telah menjadi faktor pendukung capaian kinerja operasional di sepanjang 2022.PERBANDINGAN HASIL DICAPAI DENGAN DITARGETKANAdanya sinergi di bawah Subholding Upstream telah memberikan nilai tambah untuk dapat meningkatkan daya saing melalui operation excellence khususnya dalam bisnis hulu migas. Saat ini kontribusi produksi PHE adalah 84% dari produksi minyak nasional dan 49% dari produksi gas nasional. Kinerja akumulasi produksi minyak dan gas bumi tahun 2022 mencapai 967 MBOEPD, atau 92% dari RKAP sebesar 1.047 MBOEPD (dengan Merger & Acquisition). Jumlah tersebut terdiri atas total produksi minyak sebesar 514 MBOPD, atau 89% dari RKAP sebesar 576 MBOPD; dan total produksi gas bumi 2.624 MMSCFD, atau 96% dari RKAP 2.726 MMSCFD. The Board of Directors identified operational excellence performance and cost optimization at all levels as supporting factors for achieving operational performance throughout 2022, in accordance with the implemented synergies and strategies.COMPARISON OF ACHIEVED AND TARGETED RESULTSThe existence of synergies under Subholding Upstream has led to the improvement of competitiveness through operational excellence, particularly in the upstream oil and gas industry.
