PHE menjalankan tiga strategi untuk menemukan sumber daya baru yang potensial yaitu Managing Base, Stepping Out and New Venture, dan Strategic Partnership. Strategi pertama PHE adalah mengelola aset Wilayah Kerja (WK) atau blok migas yang ada saat ini. Hal tersebut didukung dengan pengembangan konsep eksplorasi yang baru dan teknologi terkini untuk menemukan potensi hidrokarbon seperti Broadband Marine 2D Seismic Acquisition, Full Tensor Gradiometry (FTG) dan 2D Seismic Vibroseis Survey. Tak hanya mengandalkan eksplorasi di wilayah existing, PHE menjalankan strategi kedua yaitu melakukan new venture blok-blok baru atau potensi-potensi baru dari cekungan yang ada di Indonesia. Pencarian blok-blok migas baru diprediksi akan menghasilkan potensi migas baru yang besar. Strategi ketiga yang dijalankan oleh PHE adalah dengan meningkatkan%u00a0 partnership. Strategic partnershipmerupakan strategi yang telah banyak digunakan dalam sektor migas, karena kegiatan eksplorasi memiliki risiko yang tinggi dan membutuhkan biaya yang besar. Melalui partnership, Perusahaan dapat membagi risiko, biaya, serta teknologi dengan mitranya.Hingga akhir 2022, PHE telah melakukan aktivitas pengeboran eksplorasi yang masif dan agresif untuk menambah temuan sumber daya baru migas. PHE telah melakukan pengeboran eksplorasi sebanyak 17 sumur, dan 6 sumur yang saat ini masih dalam proses pengeboran. Kegiatan pengeboran sumur eksplorasi telah menghasilkan temuan sumber daya migas 2C, di antaranya melalui sumur Sungai Gelam Timur-1, Manpatu-1X, Bandar Agung-2X, Camelia-001, Wilela-001, Bajakah-001, NSO-R-2, NSO-S2, Jantung Baru-2X, Sungai Rotan-1X (SRT-1X), Markisa-001, GQX-1, Kenanga-001, Phoenix-1, Kolibri-001, Kecapi, dan FB3N.PHE Subholding Upstream juga telah menyelesaikan pengeboran sumur pengembangan sebanyak 689 sumur, serta 62 sedang proses atau on going. Perusahaan juga telah melakukan kegiatan workover atau Kerja Ulang Pindah PHE Subholding Upstream plays a strategic role as it oversees PERTAMINA%u2019s upstream oil and gas operations. PHE employs three strategies to identify possible new resources: Managing Base, Stepping Out and New Venture, and Strategic Partnership. PHE%u2019s first strategy is to manage the Work Area (WK) or oil and gas block%u2019s existing assets. This is supported by the development of new exploration concepts and cuttingedge technology for discovering potential hydrocarbons, such as Broadband Marine 2D Seismic Acquisition, Full Tensor Gradiometry (FTG) and 2D Seismic Vibroseis Survey. In addition to relying on exploration in the existing area, PHE is also pursuing new ventures on new blocks or in basins with untapped potential in Indonesia. The search for new oil and gas blocks is anticipated to yield substantial new oil and gas reserves. PHE%u2019s third implemented strategy is to expand partnerships; due to the high risks and costs associated with exploration activities, the oil and gas industry has widely adopted strategic partnerships. Through partnerships, businesses can share risks, expenses, and technologies.PHE has conducted massive and aggressive exploratory drilling operations until the end of 2022 to contribute to the discovery of new oil and gas reserves. PHE has drilled 17 exploratory wells and 6 wells are currently being drilled. The discovery of 2C oil and gas resources includes the Sungai Gelam Timur-1, Manpatu-1X, Bandar Agung-2X, Camelia-001, Wilela-001, Bajakah-001, NSO-R-2, NSO-S2, Jantung Baru-2X, Markisa-001, GQX-1, Kenanga-001, Phoenix-1, Kolibri-001, Kecapi, and FB3N.PHE Subholding Upstream has also completed the drilling of 689 development wells and an additional 62 wells in progress or in the process of being completed.
