Penerapan CCS dan CCUS akan terus dikembangkan di kemudian hari. Dewan Komisaris berharap bahwa penerapan teknologi tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan produksi migas di samping mereduksi emisi GRK. Dari sisi sosial, Dewan Komisaris memberikan apresiasi atas manajemen ketenagakerjaan yang adil tanpa diskriminasi, serta menghormati Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Terkait penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), Dewan Komisaris merasa puas bahwa Perusahaan berhasil mencapai nihil kecelakaan fatal di sepanjang 2022. Dewan Komisaris menghimbau agar kinerja K3 tetap ditingkatkan. Meski demikian, kami memberi perhatian pada aspek keselamatan proses yang harus terus ditingkatkan karena masih terjadi insiden kebocoran minyak, meski dalam skala kecil di tahun 2022. PENILAIAN TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PHE SUBHOLDING UPSTREAMKeberhasilan Perusahaan dalam mencapai target kinerja dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan kebijakan dan komitmen Direksi dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja melalui strategi Perusahaan yakni: Managing Base, Stepping Out and New Venture, dan Strategic Partnership. Selain itu, penerapan OPTIMUS juga kami apresiasi karena telah berkontribusi signifikan dari segi optimalisasi dan efisiensi.Dalam penerapan strategi Managing Base, kami melihat bahwa aset existing telah dikelola dengan baik, termasuk pelaksanaan kegiatan EOR. Kegiatan eksplorasi telah didukung dengan penggunaan teknologi terkini. Pelaksanaan new venture potensi-potensi baru juga telah membuahkan hasil yang baik dan penambahan cadangan sumber daya hidrokarbon. Dewan Komisaris menilai bahwa Direksi mampu mengelola sumber daya yang ada dengan baik, termasuk terkait monetisasi sehingga akselerasi Put on Production (POP) dapat dilakukan dengan pencapaian onstream 606 sumur dari 689 sumur completed.decarbonization programs, and technological innovations in Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS) and Carbon Capture Storage (CCS). CCS and CCUS applications will continue to be refined in the future. The Board of Commissioners expects this technology to increase oil and gas production while decreasing GHG emissions.Regarding social aspects, the Board of Commissioners values fair employment management that is free of discrimination and upholds Human Rights. With regards to occupational safety and health (OHS) implementation, the Board of Commissioners is pleased that the Company achieved zero fatal accidents in 2022. The Board of Commissioners calls for continuous OHS performance improvement. However, we continue to pay close attention to the safety aspect of the process, which must be continuously enhanced as small oil leak incidents occurred in 2022.ASSESSMENT OF THE PHE SUBHOLDING UPSTREAM STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATIONThe Company's achievement of performance goals is influenced by the implementation of policies and the Board's commitment to optimizing performance through the Company's strategy, namely Managing Base, Stepping Out and New Venture, and Strategic Partnership. Moreover, we value the implementation of OPTIMUS as it has significantly contributed to optimization and efficiency.In implementing the Managing Base strategy, we observe that the existing assets, including the implementation of EOR activities, have been effectively managed. The use of the latest technologies has assisted exploration activities. Additionally, implementing new ventures with new potential has yielded positive results and increased hydrocarbon reserves.
