Hal ini juga dirasakan oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Subholding Upstream yang terus memperkuat perubahan organisasi di tengah tantangan dan ketidakpastian kondisi global. Untuk itu, Dewan Komisaris meningkatkan perannya dalam memberikan arahan dan pandangan, serta fungsi pengawasan terhadap kinerja Direksi dan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. PENILAIAN ATAS KINERJA DIREKSIDewan Komisaris menjalankan fungsi pengawasan sepanjang 2022 dan menilai bahwa Direksi telah mengelola PHE Subholding Upstream dengan baik, di tengah tantangan yang lebih kompleks pasca restrukturisasi organisasi. Kami melihat bahwa PHE Subholding Upstream berhasil membangun sinergi dengan Anak Perusahaan hingga Perusahaan lebih agile, adaptif, dan fleksibel. Kami memberikan apresiasi pencapaian kinerja akumulasi produksi migas tahun 2022 yang tercatat sebesar 967,4 MBOEPD atau 92% dari RKAP sebesar 1.047 MBOEPD. Capaian tersebut terdiri dari realisasi produksi minyak sebesar 514,4 MBOPD atau 89% dari RKAP sebesar 576 MBOPD, sedangkan gas bumi sebesar 2.624 MMSCFD, atau 96% dari RKAP 2.726 MMSCFD. Secara umum total produksi migas mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Kami menilai bahwa alih kelola Wilayah Kerja (WK) Rokan pada bulan Agustus 2021, kinerja operation excellence, serta optimasi biaya di seluruh lapisan telah mendukung capaian kinerja operasional pada tahun 2022. WK Rokan mencatatkan capaian masif dan agresif, yang dibuktikan dengan melakukan pengeboran sebanyak 403 sumur baru, sehingga menjadi WK migas dengan investasi jumlah sumur terbanyak.DEAR RESPECTED STAKEHOLDERS,2022 was a dynamic year in which we all experienced various changes. These changes were also felt by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Subholding Upstream, which continued to strengthen organizational change in the face of global challenges and uncertainties. Subsequently, the Board of Commissioners expanded its role in providing guidance and views, as well as its oversight of the performance of the Board of Directors and the implementation of good corporate governance.PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSThe Board of Commissioners exercised its oversight responsibilities throughout 2022 and found that the Board of Directors has managed PHE Subholding Upstream effectively, despite facing more complex challenges following the organization's restructuring. PHE Subholding Upstream has successfully created synergies with its Subsidiaries, making the Company more agile, adaptable, and flexible.We appreciate the accumulated oil and gas production performance in 2022 of 967.4 MBOEPD, which was 92% of the Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) of 1,047 MBOEPD. This accomplishment included oil production of 514.4 MBOPD, or 89% of the Budget Plan of 576 MBOPD, and natural gas production of 2,624 MMSCFD, or 96% of the Budget Plan of 2,724 MMSCFD. In general, total oil and gas production met the target.We assess that the transfer of management of the Rokan Work Area (WK) in August 2021, operational excellence performance, and cost optimization at all levels have contributed to the achievement of operational performance in 2022. The Rokan WK achieved massive and aggressive results, as evidenced by the drilling of 403 new wells, making it the oil and gas WK with the most wells invested.
