Oleh sebab itu, dalam Laporan ini, PHE tidak dapat mengungkapkan informasi sebagai berikut:1. Informasi harga saham dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik yang meliputi jumlah saham beredar, kapitalisasi pasar, harga saham tertinggi, terendah, dan penutupan, serta volume perdagangan saham;2. Kronologi penerbitan dan/atau pencatatan saham yang mencakup informasi tahun penerbitan saham, jumlah saham, nilai nominal saham, dan harga penawaran saham;3. Aksi korporasi lainnya terkait saham seperti pemecahan saham (stock split), penggabungan saham (reverse stock),dividen saham, saham bonus, perubahan nilai nominal saham, aksi penghentian sementara (suspension) dan/atau menghapus pencatatan saham (delisting).Di samping itu, PHE juga tidak menerbitkan obligasi, sehingga Perusahaan tidak melaporkan informasi pencatatan efek lainnya. Dengan demikian, Laporan ini tidak menyajikan informasi mengenai pencatatan efek lainnya yang belum jatuh tempo pada tahun buku; nama efek, tahun penerbitan, tingkat suku bunga/imbal hasil; tanggal jatuh tempo, nilai penawaran, dan peringkat efek.As of 31 December 2022, PHE was still a Limited Liability Company that had not yet completed an Initial Public Offering.
