In respect to that, and as a formof prudence, PHE WMO has requested a legalopinion from the Attorney General's Office ofthe Republic of Indonesia and proposed toconduct and audit from the Audit Board ofIndonesia (%u201cBPK%u201d).Sebagai tindak lanjut dari hasil permohonanyang disampaikan oleh PHE WMO kepadaBPK, PHE WMO telah melaksanakanperintah BPK untuk mengembalikankelebihan pembayaran cash call periodeJanuari 2013 - Desember 2016.
