The diverse forms of trainings and employee competence development were conducted to meet the demands of technical and non-technical advances.Sampai akhir tahun 2020, terdapat 3 bentuk pelatihan yang telah diselenggarakan oleh PHE dalam mendukung peningkatan kompetensi bagi para pekerja. Beragamnya bentuk pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi pekerja ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi tuntutan perkembangan teknikal dan juga non teknikal.
