Dari sisi ekonomi, program ini telah meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok ekowisata hingga Rp142 juta/tahun dan UMKM istri nelayan sebesar Rp52 juta/tahun. Kunjungan wisatawan mencapai 21.824 orang pada tahun 2024, serta pendapatan perempuan rawan sosial ekonomi meningkat antara Rp 400 ribu %u2013 Rp 5 juta/bulan. Selain itu, program ini juga menghemat biaya penanganan abrasi hingga 70%, sekaligus meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa sebesar Rp86,2 juta.Dari sisi Sosial: Terdapat sebanyak 861 masyarakat pesisir terselamatkan dari abrasi, memunculkan 5 alternative pekerjaan baru bagi nelayan ketika musim paceklik, penerapan muatan local pendidikan lingkungan hidup di 2 sekolah dasar, pengentasan angka pengangguran desa sebanyak 36 orang, terbentuk 3 kelompok binaan (pengelolaan ekowisata, UMKM, pengelolaan sampah) dan Peningkatan kapasitas 25 UMKM istri nelayan.Dari sisi lingkungan, program ini telah memulihkan 3,62 hektar lahan terdampak abrasi, menambah 400 meter garis pantai, serta menciptakan habitat baru bagi 28 spesies flora dan 52 spesies fauna. Penggunaan 19.100 limbah ban bekas dalam konstruksi APPOSTRAPS berhasil mengurangi potensi polusi udara sebesar 18,3 TonCO%u2082eq, sedangkan penanaman 47.000 pohon mangrove telah menyerap 13,49 TonCO%u2082eq. Selain itu, 861 masyarakat pesisir kini terlindungi dari abrasi berkat adanya sedimentasi yang dihasilkan.From the aspect of economy, this program has increased the income of ecotourism groups by up to Rp142 million/year and fishermen's wives' MSMEs by Rp52 million/year.
