MANAJEMEN RISIKO DAMPAK PERUBAHAN IKLIM [OJK E.3] [GRI 2-25] [TCFD RM-A,B,C] [SASB EM-EP-540a.2]PHE mengintegrasikan pengelolaan risiko dan peluang yang terkait dengan perubahan iklim ke dalam kegiatan yang sedang berlangsung. Risiko dan peluang ini diidentifikasi serta dikategorikan secara sistematis dalam Risk Intelligence Mapdan Pedoman Manajemen Risiko Perusahaan. Proses Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) PHE mengikuti ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management - Principles & Guidelines. Acuan kebijakan manajemen risiko di lingkungan Subholding Upstream, antara lain Pedoman Manajemen Risiko PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Tata Kerja Organisasi (TKO) dan Tata Kerja Individu (TKI) terkait manajemen risiko.Proses ERM memungkinkan Perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mengelola risiko secara sistematis di seluruh operasi bisnis yang terkait dengan risiko dan peluang berbasis iklim. Terutama dengan mempertimbangkan topik-topik penting, seperti Perubahan Iklim dan transisi rendah karbon yang dapat memengaruhi rantai nilai Perusahaan.Proses Pengelolaan Risiko:1. Identifikasi RisikoFungsi yang terlibat: Kepala Unit Bisnis, Direktur AnakPerusahaan, dan Kepala Divisi Supporting Function.Proses: Identifikasi dan penilaian risiko dan peluang terkaitiklim di seluruh aset PHE melalui pertimbangan situasi, danpengembangan skenario terkait iklim dengan memasukkanlokasi operasional utama PHE dan menerapkan informasiyang diakui secara internasional, misalnya, kemungkinan dan besarnya dampak potensial.Dalam mengidentifikasikan risiko, Koordinator Risiko di setiap unit akan menggabungkan risiko dari Pemilik Risiko khusus di supporting fuction dan unit bisnis. Risiko terkait iklim diidentifikasi (dan dinilai) di berbagai departemen dan dengan mempertimbangkan harapan pemangku kepentingan.2. Analisis RisikoFungsi yang terlibat: Manajemen Risiko, Kepala UnitBisnis, Direktur Anak Perusahaan, dan Tim HSSE, KomiteKeberlanjutan.Proses: Setelah risiko perubahan iklim diidentifikasi, dilakukan analisis mendalam untuk memahami kemungkinan kejadian dan dampaknya terhadap operasional serta strategi bisnis PHE. Analisis risiko dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal seperti regulasi lingkungan, perubahan harga karbon, dan faktor cuaca ekstrem, serta faktor internal seperti kesiapan infrastruktur dan ketahanan rantai pasok. Proses ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengklasifikasikan risiko berdasarkan tingkat urgensi dan dampaknya terhadap operasional.CLIMATE CHANGE IMPACT RISK MANAGEMENT [OJK E.3] [GRI 2-25] [TCFD RM-A,B,C][SASB EM-EP-540a.2]PHE integrates the management of risks and opportunities related to climate change into ongoing activities. These risks and opportunities are systematically identified and categorized in the Risk Intelligence Map and Enterprise Risk Management Guidelines. PHE%u2019s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process follows ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management - Principles & Guidelines. References for risk management policies within the Subholding Upstream include the Risk Management Guidelines of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Organizational Work Procedures (TKO) and Individual Work Procedures (TKI) related to risk management.The ERM process enables the Company to systematically identify, assess and manage risks across business operations related to climate-based risks and opportunities. Particularly considering important topics, such as Climate Change and the low-carbon transition that may impact the Company%u2019s value chain.Risk Management Process:1. Risk IdentificationFunctions involved: Head of Business Unit, Director ofSubsidiary, and Head of Supporting Function Division.Process: Identification and assessment of climate-relatedrisks and opportunities across PHE%u2019s assets through situational considerations, and development of climate-related scenarios incorporating PHE%u2019s key operational locations and applyinginternationally recognised information, for example, thelikelihood and magnitude of potential impacts.In identifying risks, the Risk Coordinator in each unit will combine risks from specific Risk Owners in supporting functions and business units. Climate-related risks are identified (and assessed) across departments and taking into account stakeholder expectations.2. Risk AnalysisFunctions involved: Risk Management, Head of BusinessUnit, Director of Subsidiary, and HSSE Team, SustainabilityCommittee.Process: Once climate change risks are identified, an indepth analysis is conducted to understand the likelihood of occurrence and its impact on PHE%u2019s operations and business strategies. The risk analysis is conducted by considering external factors such as environmental regulations, changes in carbon prices, and extreme weather factors, as well as internal factors such as infrastructure readiness and supply chain resilience.
