Pada tahun 2024, telah dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi CSMS Online sehingga dapat menambahkan hasil Penilaian Kualifikasi CSMS. Tercatat 1.160 penyedia barang/jasa dengan 56% penyedia barang/ jasa yang lulus kualifikasi CSMS. Tingkat ketidaklulusan kualifikasi CSMS penyedia barang/jasa menurun 3% dari tahun 2023. Pada tahun 2024 terdapat 648 penyedia barang/jasa baru yang dilakukan penilaian kualifikasi CSMS.Dukungan lain pada antikorupsi dengan telah diterapkannya ketentuan dalam ISO 37001:2016 SMAP pada semua kegiatan Supply Chain Management (SCM). Bahkan untuk tahun 2024, dalam proses audit sertifikat surveillance ISO 37001:2016 dengan hasil tidak ada temuan dan berhasil mendapatkan penghargaan SCM sebagai fungsi terbaik dari Fungsi Compliance/Sekretariat Fungsi Kepatuhan Anti Penyuapan (FKAP).PHE Subholding Upstream melakukan beberapa upaya mitigasi, di antaranya:1. Penerapan Due Diligence SMAP dalam proses pengadaan, seperti pengisian pakta integritas agar menanamkan sikap antikorupsi. Pakta integritas dapat diisikan oleh mitra kerja melalui sistem yang disediakan oleh SCM;2. Sosialisasi SMAP kepada Mitra Kerja dilakukan secara berkala melalui kegiatan penyampaian dalam pre-bid meeting, Vendor Day;3. Kegiatan Vendor Day dilaksanakan setiap tahun, pada tahun 2024 dihadiri oleh 1.345 peserta, 600 perusahaan;4. Mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan/coaching clinic yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun kepada Mitra Kerja. Pada tahun 2023 kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka meliputi:%u2022 Pelatihan proses verifikasi TKDN;%u2022 Pelatihan CSMS terkait proses Seleksi melalui sistem CSMS Online;%u2022 Pelatihan registrasi melalui sistem CIVD dan IOG E-Commerce;%u2022 Pelatihan proses pengadaan melalui aplikasi GEP Smart;%u2022 Pelatihan Networked Collaboration for New Potential (NCNP);%u2022 Sosialisasi panduan pengadaan, Service Performance Review, Close Out Contract;%u2022 Sosialisasi SMAP Awareness dengan penadatanganan deklarasi SMAP.In 2024, the CSMS Online application has been developed so as to improve the results of the CSMS Qualification Assessment. 1,160 goods/service providers were recorded with 56% of goods/service providers passing the CSMS qualification. The failure rate of CSMS qualification of goods/service providers decreased by 3% from 2023. In 2024, there were 648 new goods/service providers who underwent the CSMS qualification assessment.Another support for anti-corruption is the implementation of the provisions in ISO 37001:2016 ABMS in all Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities. Even for 2024, in the ISO 37001:2016 surveillance certificate audit process, the results showed no findings and successfully received the SCM award as the best function of the Compliance Function/Secretariat of Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP).PHE Subholding Upstream has undertaken several mitigation efforts, including:1. Implementation of ABMS Due Diligence in the procurement process, such as filling out an integrity pact to instill an anticorruption attitude. The integrity pact can be filled out by partners through a system provided by SCM;2. Dissemination of ABMS to Business Partners is performed regularly through delivery activities at pre-bid meetings, Vendor Day or other events involving Work Partners;3. Vendor Day activities are held every year, in 2024 attended by 1,345 participants, 600 companies;4. Holding training/coaching clinic activities which are performed annually for Work Partners.
