Jambaran Tiung Biru Unitization Agreement %u2013PEPC (continued)Selain kesepakatan UA Lapangan JTB,Kontraktor KKS WK Cepu dan Kontraktor KKSWK PEP masing masing telah menunjuk PEPCsebagai Seller Representative untuk seluruh gasbumi WK Cepu dan gas bumi lapangan TiungBiru yang dituangkan dalam perjanjian terpisah.In addition to the covenants set out in the UA of theJTB Fields, the Cepu Block PSC Contractors and thePEP Block PSC Contractor have each designatedthe PEPC as the Seller%u2019s Representative for all of theCepu Block natural gas and the Tiung Biru fieldnatural gas in separate agreements.Pada tanggal 9 November 2012, Kontraktor KKSBlok Cepu dan Kontraktor KBH Blok PEP telahmenyampaikan surat permohonan persetujuankepada Menteri ESDM untuk melaksanakanUnitisasi Lapangan JTB dan Penentuan PEPCsebagai Operator Unitisasi melalui SKK Migas.SKK Migas melalui surat No.151/13/MEM/M/2013 tanggal 31 Maret 2013menyetujui pelaksanaan unitisasi lapangan JTBdan penentuan PEPC sebagai Operator.On November 9, 2012, the Cepu Block PSCContractors and the PEP Block Contractor submitteda letter of request through SKK Migas to secure theESDM Minister%u2019s approval to conduct the JTB FieldsUnitisation and the designation of the PEPC as theOperator of the Unitisation. SKK Migas through itsletter No.151/13/MEM/M/2013 dated June 30, 2013approved the unitisation of the JTB field andappointed the PEPC as the Operator.Selain Unitization Agreement (UA) dan UnitOperating Agreement (UOA), Kontraktor KKSBlok Cepu dan KKS Blok PEP menyepakatiCepu Gas Marketing Agreement (CGMA) yangmengatur pemasaran bersama atas gas bumiCepu dan akan menunjuk PEPC sebagai sellerrepresentative. EMCL akan mendukungpenunjukan PEPC sebagai penjual bagianPemerintah dari hasil produksi gas bumi BlokCepu. CGMA ini akan dilaksanakan olehKontraktor KKS Cepu.In addition to Unitization Unit (UA) and UnitOperation Agreement (UOA), Block Cepu KKSContractors and PEP Block PSC agreed to CepuGas Marketing Agreement (CGMA) which regulatesfor the joint marketing of Cepu natural gas and theappointment of the PEPC as the Seller%u2019sRepresentative. EMCL also agreed to support theappointment of the PEPC as the Seller of the State%u2019sshare of Cepu Block natural gas. The CGMA will beexecuted by the Contractor under the Cepu PSC.Pada tanggal 13 Februari 2013,Plan of Development (POD) sudah disetujui olehSKK Migas dan revisi atas POD tersebutdisetujui tanggal 17 Agustus 2015.On February 13, 2013, the Plan of Development(POD) was approved by SKK Migas and the revisionof the POD was approved on August 17, 2015.UA, UOA dan CGMA telah disetujui oleh parapartner Blok Cepu pada tanggal14 September 2012. Unitisasi LapanganJambaran - Tiung Biru dan penetapan PEPCsebagai Operator Unit Lapangan JTB telahdisetujui oleh Kementerian Energi dan SumberDaya Mineral tanggal 28 Februari 2013.The UA, UOA and CGMA have been approved bythe Cepu Block partners on September 14, 2012.The JTB Fields Unitisation and determination of thePEPC as operator of the Jambaran - Tiung BiruFields have been approved by the Ministry of Energyand Mineral Resources on February 28, 2013.Penandatanganan Head Of Agreement (HOA)gas JTB di Jakarta tanggal 18 Desember 2015,yaitu persetujuan penjualan gas yang diproduksidari Lapangan Unitisasi JTB (proyek gas JTB)antara PEPC dan pemegang ParticipatingInterest Blok Cepu antara lain EMCL, PT AsriDharma Sejahtera, PT Blora Patragas Hulu, PTPetrogas Jatim Utama Cendana dan PT SaranaPatra Hulu Cepu sebagai pihak penjual denganPertamina yang bertindak sebagai pembeli.The signing of the Head Of Agreement (HOA) gasJambaran Tiung Biru (JTB) in Jakarta onDecember 18, 2015, which approved the sale of gasproduced from JTB Untization Fields (gas projectJTB) between PEPC and holders of participatinginterests of Cepu Block amoung other EMCL, PTAsri Dharma Sejahtera, PT Blora Patragas Hulu, PTPetrogas Jatim Utama Cendana and PT SaranaPatra Hulu Cepu as the sellers with Pertamina,which acts as the buyer.
