OnJuly 18, 2013, PEP relinquished 18.02% of initialworking area to the Government.PEP wajib membayar bonus kepada Pemerintahsejumlah AS$500 dalam 30 hari setelah produksikumulatif minyak dan gas bumi mencapai 500MMBOE sejak tanggal efektif KKS (sudahdibayarkan PEP pada Januari 2011), AS$1.000dalam 30 hari setelah produksi kumulatif minyak dangas bumi mencapai 1.000 MMBOE sejak tanggalefektif KKS (sudah dibayarkan PEP pada Agustus2015), dan AS$1.500 dalam 30 hari setelah produksikumulatif minyak dan gas bumi mencapai 1.500MMBOE sejak tanggal efektif KKS (sudahdibayarkan PEP pada April 2021). Jumlah produksikumulatif minyak dan gas bumi PEP hingga tanggalpelaporan sudah mencapai 1.500 MMBOE.PEP is required to pay a bonus to theGovernment amounting to US$500 in 30 daysafter cumulative production of oil and gasreaches 500MMBOE from the effective date ofthe Cooperation Contract (has been paid by PEPin January 2011), US$1,000 in 30 days after thecumulative production of oil and gas reaches1,000 MMBOE since the effective date of thePSC (paid by PEP in August 2015), andUS$1,500 in 30 days after cumulative productionof oil and gas reaches 1,500 MMBOE since theeffective date of the PSC (paid by PEP in April2021). PEP%u2019s cumulative production of oil andgas until reporting date has reached 1,500MMBOE.
