Pinjamanini akan dibayarkan pada saat jatuh tempo (bulletpayment) dengan Interest Period selama 1 (satu),3 (tiga), atau 6 (enam) bulan. Bunga yangdikenakan yaitu sebesar Term SOFR + CAS +margin untuk sumber dana offshore dan onshore.Maximum limit of Facility B1 is US$400,000,000 (fullamount) with final repayment date of 24 (twentyfour) months after the first utilisation date. The loanshall be repaid on the final maturity date (bulletpayment) with Interest Period of 1 (one), 3 (three),or 6 (six) months. The loan bears interest at a rateof Term SOFR + CAS + Margin for Offshore Lenderand Onshore Lender.PHE memperoleh Fasilitas A1 dan Fasilitas B1dengan batas maksimum masing-masingsebesar AS$550.000.000 (nilai penuh) danAS$400.000.000 (nilai penuh) dan telah menarikseluruh fasilitas pinjamannya sebesarAS$950.000.000 (nilai penuh).PHE obtained Facility A1 and Facility B1 withmaximum limit of US$550,000,000 (full amount) andUS$400,000,000 (full amount) respectively and hasfully utilised the Facilities amounted toUS$950,000,000 (full amount).PEP memperoleh Fasilitas A1 dan Fasilitas A2dengan batas maksimum masing-masing sebesarAS$400.000.000 (nilai penuh) danAS$400.000.000 (nilai penuh) dan telah menarikpinjaman sebesar AS$800.000.000 (nilai penuh).PEP obtained Facility A1 and Facility A2 withmaximum limit of US$400,000,000 (full amount) andUS$400,000,000 (full amount) respectively and hasfully utilised the Facilities amounted toUS$800,000,000 (full amount).PHI memperoleh Fasilitas A1 dengan batasmaksimum sebesar AS$750.000.000 (nilaipenuh) dan telah menarik seluruh fasilitaspinjamannya sebesar AS$750.000.000 (nilaipenuh).PHI obtained Facility A1 with maximum limit ofUS$750,000,000 (full amount) and has fully utilisedthe Facilities amounted to US$750,000,000 (fullamount).Facility Agreement tersebut menimbulkankewajiban bagi PHE untuk menjaga batasan rasiokeuangan secara Grup Konsolidasi sebagaimanaditetapkan dalam perjanjian kredit:- EBITDA Konsolidasi terhadap Utang BungaKonsolidasi untuk periode perhitungan yangberakhir pada tanggal perhitungan tersebut samadengan atau lebih besar dari 3,00:1;- Utang Bersih Konsolidasi terhadap KekayaanBersih Berwujud sama dengan atau kurang dari2,00:1;- Kekayaan Bersih Grup Konsolidasi sama denganatau lebih besar dari AS$8.000.000.000 (nilaipenuh).Per tanggal 31 Desember 2024, PHE telahmemenuhi batasan-batasan yang diatur dalamFacility Agreement.This Facility Agreement requires PHE to meetFinancial Covenants on a Group%u2019s Consolidatedbasis as stipulated in the credit agreement:- Consolidated EBITDA to Consolidated InterestPayable for the calculation period ending on thatcalculation date is equal to or greater than 3.00:1;- Consolidated Net Debt to Tangible Net Worth isequal to or less than 2.00:1;- Consolidated Group Net Worth is equal to orgreater than US$8,000,000,000 (full amount).As of December 31, 2024, PHE has complied withthe Financial Covenants as required by the FacilityAgreement.
