Selama periode 2024 telah dilaksanakan 4 (empat) isu pendampingan pengelolaan counterparty risk oleh fungsi Project Risk Management terhadap counterpart baik pihak internal maupun eksternal diantaranya adalah melakukan kajian atas aspek risiko terhadap supplier management evaluation dengan berkoordinasi dengan fungsi Supply Change Management, proses evaluasi optimalisasi dari bisnis anak perusahaan services dan perubahan bentuk kerjasama (fiscal term).d. Emerging RiskTelah dilakukan penyusunan framework pengelolaan emerging risk di Subholding Upstream yang mengklasifikasikan risiko pada cluster lingkungan/ESG, sosial-politik-ekonomi, teknologi serta kebijakan atau hukum dibandingkan dengan time horizon kemungkinan terjadinya risk event.c. Counterparty RiskDuring the 2024 period, 4 (four) issues of counterparty risk management assistance have been implemented by the Project Risk Management function for both internal and external counterparts, including conducting a study on risk aspects of supplier management evaluation by coordinating with the Supply Change Management function, the optimization evaluation process of subsidiary services businesses and changes in the form of cooperation (fiscal terms).d.
