ORGAN PENDUKUNG DIREKSISUPPORTING ORGANS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSUntuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan, Direksi membentuk dan mengesahkan Komite Manajemen Risiko dan Komite Investasi Subholding Upstream. Selain itu Direksi juga memiliki fungsi pendukung dalam penerapan dan pelaksanaan praktik GCG, antara lain, Sekretaris Perusahaan, Internal Audit, Legal Counsel, dan fungsi pendukung Direktur Utama yaitu fungsi HSSE dan fungsi Upstream Innovation. KOMITE INVESTASI SUBHOLDING UPSTREAMDireksi membentuk Komite Investasi Subholding Upstream dalam rangka memberikan kewenangan kepada Komite Investasi Subholding Upstream untuk melakukan persetujuan atas usulan Investasi Organis, sehubungan dengan telah adanya kebijakan baru dari entitas induk, PT Pertamina (Persero) dan Dewan Komisaris PHE mengenai thresholdkewenangan persetujuan investasi.Pedoman Komite Investasi Subholding UpstreamPedoman kerja Komite Investasi Subholding Upstreamdiatur dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi No. Kpts-016/PHE00000/2023-S0 tentang Penetapan Komite Investasi Subholding Upstream untuk Investasi Organik tanggal 11 Oktober 2023, sedangkan penetapan Thresholdkewenangan persetujuan investasi di lingkungan Subholding Upstream diatur dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi No. Kpts-015/PHE000000/2023-S0 tanggal 11 Oktober 2023.To support decision making, the Board of Directors forms and ratifies the Risk Management Committee and the Subholding Upstream Investment Committee. In addition, the Board of Directors also has supporting functions in the implementation and execution of GCG practices, including, Corporate Secretary, Internal Audit, Legal Counsel, and supporting functions of the President Director, namely the HSSE function and the Upstream Innovation.
