                                    KEBIJAKAN KEBERAGAMAN DEWAN KOMISARIS DAN DIREKSIUntuk mendorong proses pengambilan keputusan yang objektif, komprehensif, optimal, dan berdampak positif terhadap pengawasan, pengelolaan Perusahaan, keberagaman komposisi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi merupakan salah satu upaya penting yang dilakukan Perusahaan. Keberagaman dapat memperkaya sudut pandang dan kepentingan pada proses pengambilan keputusan bagi Perusahaan sehingga memberikan nilai tambah pada aspek operasional dan usaha Perusahaan, serta peningkatan penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan pada lingkup Perusahaan. Perusahaan memiliki kebijakan terkait keberagaman komposisi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi yang diatur dalam Board Manual. Dalam penyusunan komposisi Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, Perusahaan sangat memperhatikan keberagaman latar belakang dan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi, serta kompleksitas dari kegiatan usaha Perusahaan, agar pengambilan keputusan dapat menjadi lebih efektif, tepat dan cepat, dalam rangka tercapainya tujuan-tujuan Perusahaan sesuai visi dan misi Perusahaan. PELATIHAN DAN PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI DEWAN KOMISARIS DAN DIREKSIPerusahaan senantiasa menyelenggarakan program pendidikan ataupun pelatihan untuk Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi dan penambahan wawasan guna mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab setiap anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi. Biaya terkait program pendidikan ataupun pelatihan untuk Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Perusahaan.Adapun pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diikuti Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi sepanjang tahun 2024 adalah sebagai berikut.BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS DIVERSITY POLICYTo encourage an objective, comprehensive, and optimal decision-making process that has a positive impact on the supervision and management of the Company, diversity in the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors is one of the important efforts made by the Company. Diversity can enrich the perspectives and interests in the decision-making process for the Company, thus providing added value to the company's operational and business aspects, as well as improving the implementation of Corporate Governance within the Company. The Company has a policy on diversity in the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors which is set out in the Board Manual. In preparing the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, the Company pays close attention to the diversity of backgrounds and expertise of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, as well as the complexity of the Company's business activities for decision-making to be more effective, precise and fast, in order to achieve the Company's goals in accordance with the Company's vision and missions. TRAINING AND COMPETENCY IMPROVEMENT OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND DIRECTORSThe Company always organizes education or training programs for the Board of Commissioners and Directors in order to improve competence and increase insight to support the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of each member of the Board of Commissioners and Directors.
