Penilaian kinerja komite pendukung Direksi dilakukan secara transparan, objektif dan sistematis berdasarkan realisasi dan penyelesaian program kerja yang telah tersusun dalam target KPI (Key Performance Indicator) yang telah disepakati di awal tahun yang merupakan turunan dari target tahunan Direksi, menjadi target divisi hingga menjadi target individu.Metode Penilaian Kinerja yang berlaku untuk komite pendukung Direksi berdasarkan KPI yang terdiri dari:1. Obyektif kerja tahunan yang dituangkan dalam target KPI masing-masing jabatan.2. Penilaian aspek Perilaku, berdasarkan core competencies.3.
