Penilaian Penerapan GCG Tahun Buku 2024Pelaksanaan asesmen GCG Tahun Buku 2024 dilaksanakan oleh assessor eksternal, PT Sinergi Daya Prima (SDP). Telah terbit peraturan Menteri BUMN RI No. PER-2/MBU/2023 tanggal 24 Maret 2023 tentang Pedoman Tata Kelola dan Kegiatan Korporasi Signifikan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang mencabut Peraturan Menteri BUMN RI No Per-1/MBU/2011 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan perubahannya No. PER-09/MBU/2012 tanggal 6 Juli 2012. Perubahan peraturan ini belum diikuti pembaharuan pedoman/acuan indikator Penilaian Penerapan GCG yang baru. Selanjutnya Kementrian BUMN mengeluarkan surat No. S-52/DKU.MBU/10/2024 tentang Pelaksanaan Asessmen GCG BUMN Tahun 2023, di mana perusahaan diberi kebebasan untuk menggunakan indikator/parameter penilaian dan evaluasi penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing BUMN. Maka indikator yang digunakan PHE pada Assessment GCG Tahun Assessment of GCG Implementation for Fiscal Year 2024The implementation of the GCG assessment for the 2024 Fiscal Year was conducted by an external assessor, PT Sinergi Daya Prima (SDP).
