The Utilization Tariff of Badak LNG Plant for Western Buyers (%u201cWBX%u201d) and Nusantara Regas (%u201cNR%u201d) Sales Contracts (continued)Adapun besaran biaya pemanfaatan kilang LNG Badak terkait kontrak penjualan WBX dan NR yang masih disengketakan adalah sebesar: The disputed amount of the costs for the utilization of the Badak LNG plant in relation to the WBX and NR sales contracts is as follo- AS$29.139 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$13.713 bagian PHM (47,0588%) untuk tahun 2018;- US$29,139 of Mahakam PSC or US$13,713 of PHM%u2019s portion (47.0588%) for 2018%u037e- AS$29.823 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$11.695 bagian PHM (39,2157%) untuk tahun 2019;- US$29,823 of Mahakam PSC or US$11,695 of PHM%u2019s portion (39.2157%) for 2019;- AS$23.604 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$10.182 bagian PHM (43,1373%) untuk tahun 2020;- AS$8.467 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$3.984 bagian PHM (47,0588%) untuk tahun 2021; dan- AS$7.054 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$3.043 bagian PHM (43,1373%) untuk tahun 2022.- US$23,604 of Mahakam PSC or US$10,182 of PHM%u2019s portion (43.1373%) for 2020%u037e- US$8,467 of Mahakam PSC or US$3,984 of PHM%u2019s portion (47.0588%) for 2021%u037e and- US$7,054 of Mahakam PSC or US$3,043 of PHM%u2019s portion (43.1373%) for 2022.Selain itu, Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (%u201cLMAN%u201d) juga telah menagihkan denda keterlambatan pembayaran invoice periode 1 Januari 2018 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2019 sejumlah AS$2.670 bagian KBH Mahakam atau AS$1.152 bagian PHM (43,1373%).State-owned Assets Management Agency (%u201cLMAN%u201d) has also sent penalty invoice due to late payment for period January 1, 2018 until October 31, 2019 amounting US$2,670 of Mahakam PSC or US$1,152 of PHM%u2019s portion (43.1373%).Proses negosiasi antara PHM dan Pemerintah masih terus berlangsung yang dilakukan melalui beberapa pertemuan dan korespondensi, diantaranya yang berlangsung sampai dengan 2022:The negotiation process between PHM and the Government is still on going through several meetings and correspondences that was held until 2022, i.e.:- Rapat pada tanggal 6 Februari 2020, yang dihadiri oleh Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (%u201cLMAN%u201d), SKK Migas dan PHM. Hasil pertemuan ini adalah akan direncanakan pertemuan tingkat tinggi untuk membahas kejelasan biaya pemanfaatan kilang LNG Badak terkait kontrak penjualan WBX dan NR;- The meeting on February 6, 2020 which was attended by the State-owned Assets Management Agency (%u201cLMAN%u201d), SKK Migas and PHM. The outcome of this meeting is that there will be a planned high-level meeting to discuss the clarity of the costs of utilizing the Badak LNG plant in relation to the WBX and NR sales contracts;- Rapat pada tanggal 5 Mei 2020, yang dihadiri oleh Tenaga Ahli Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Direktorat Hulu Pertamina, LMAN, Wakil Kepala SKK Migas, dan Manajemen PHM. Tidak tercapai kesepakatan pada meeting tersebut;- The meeting on May 5, 2020 which was attended by Experts from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Upstream Directorate Pertamina, LMAN, Deputy Head of SKK Migas and PHM Management. There is no agreement achieved from the meeting;
