PHE Subholding Upstream maintained the ongoing partnerships through Joint Ventures and joint operations until the end of the reporting period. The potential for collaboration with potential New Working Area management partners is also being investigated.DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION SEGMENTIn the development and production segment, PHE Subholding Upstream aims to maintain and increase natural oil and gas production, maintain base production, and minimize oil and gas lifting costs. The Development & Production Directorate is responsible for development and production activities, led by the Director of Development & Production and assisted by the Vice Presidents of Subsurface Development & Resource Evaluation, Drilling & Well Intervention, Production & Project, and D&P Technical Excellence & Coordination.Target and Realization of Development Well DrillingThe performance of development well drilling in 2022 met 85% of the RKAP target, with 689 wells drilled. The failure to reach the consolidated RKAP target was influenced by the availability of rigs, reevaluation of subsurface data, delays in government incentives for drilling in zone 9, and licensing and land acquisition restrictions. Regional 1 was responsible for the majority of development well drilling in 2022, or 478 wells or 59% of the total RKAP target.Kinerja pemboran sumur pengembangan di 2022 mencapai 85% target RKAP, dengan realisasi mencapai 689 sumur. Tidak tercapainya target RKAP konsolidasi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan rig, re-evaluasi data subsurface, terlambatnya insentif dari pemerintah untuk pemboran di zona 9, serta kendala perizinan dan pembebasan lahan. Mayoritas realisasi pemboran sumur pengembangan pada tahun 2022 dilaksanakan oleh Regional 1, yaitu sebanyak 478 sumur atau 59% dari total target RKAP.
